Terrible customer service, shame as I would of kept spending money with you guys! Ask for an exchange sent back the t shirt but have not heard 1 thing back. So I'm money down with no item Would deffo not recommend this place

Ordered 2 ceramic items online, arrived smashed to pieces. Judging by the protective packaging (or lack thereof) I can only presume my order was packed by someone riding a unicycle, wearing a big red nose and oversized shoes. All attempts at contacting these ar$e-cannons have ended in deafening silence. Handily they took my money the day after I first notified them of their mishap. Which is just smashing. Still, I love a challenge.

Placed an order for £470 Only to be sent half off the order and then flannels took no liability for the other half off my order leaving me £200 out off pocket. Poor show and thief’s!

Bought a pair of Off-White Leather trainers a month or so back, after receiving the item I found I had received two different shoes in the same box. After returning and asking for just the matching pair instead of a refund they stated that they cannot as they don’t have a matching pair in stock, almost as if they knew from the start they were selling the Non-identical pair. The shoes I received were very similar, and the fact they were not matching could’ve been easily skimmed over to someone who knew no different. They also offered bare Minimum for my troubles, offering only the refund and no discount or anything on those lines. The store offers great brands, however lacks supremely in customer service. Especially for the prices one is paying.

Few problems with them. 1. I ordered pair of expensive shoes, one of them was looking like used, probably taken from store display. 2. Requested exchange, after few days, and some ridiculous conversations with their customer service Web Chat, I ve changed my mind, and requested refund (exchange was still not processed) 3. I am still waiting for refund (after 12 days of delivered return). No contact from Flannels. 4. While waiting for shoes, I was trying to order E Voucher Gift Cards for £700, for a gift for my wife. They kept cancelling my order, and were not able to explain why. Money was blocked for few days. I don't recommend Flannels.

Dodgy company poor customer service. They sent me a £600 Cp company jacket with tags on it saying it was a defective, selling seconds basically. Avoid

Ordered a CP Company sweatshirt for £150 to get delivered to the Meadowhall store, went to pick it up yesterday, took it back home only to find out there was no sweatshirt in there...(couldn't really tell with the weight of the bag when carrying the package home as they gave it me inside a flannels bag and it had a large dust bag folded up inside). I couldn't say for definite that there was an opening in the bag, as I wasn't particularly looking and I'd be lying to say that there was - I just wanted to try on my new sweatshirt... I then tried numerous times to ring up the store as soon as I found out, finally got through after about 6 attempts to then be told I have to ring up the customer service number... (Within this time I had already messaged the Flannels Twitter account about my concern). Anyway, I then rang up and told the customer service team about the problem and they said they'll review this and get back to me before Friday 20th at least, which was about 2 days time. On twitter I'd sent photos of what was in my package after asking to do so and about 20 mins later it turns out they'd actually reviewed and resulted my claim. They said after "thoroughly" investigating my claim they cannot accept it. Their take was that they contacted and confirmed with the warehouse and courier that the item in question was picked and went on through to their quality control area where it was checked and packed into my parcel. They then went on to say their findings also revealed the weight of the parcel and also images of the parcel.. Which is all well and good however it clearly went missing during the time it left the warehouse to before it left the store.. Now it doesn't take a genius to figure out that it was probably either the delivery driver or a staff member at the store who'd done it. I have looked at recent reviews and have seen that this is certainly not the first time this has happened. After this I then replied saying I still don't have the item I paid for... And their response was "I'm afraid we are unable to assist any further with this matter. We have rejected your claim upon investigation. If you want to dispute the result of our investigation you will need to dispute this with a third party, for example the ODR platform, or through your bank." I certainly will be taking this up with my bank and I definitely will not be visiting again.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I BROUGHT A GUCCI SCARF OF THEM. OPENED THE ITEM AND A THREAD WAS PULLED AND GUCCI LABEL WAS NOT STITCHED ON CORRECTLY. I ASKED FOR THEM TO SEND ME A REFUND OR A NEW SCARF AND THEY HAVE REJECTED MY REQUIREMENT. WORST COMPANY EVER! SCAM. THE QUALITY IS NOT THE REAL THING!!! I AM HAPPY TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE.

Avoid this company at all costs. We purchased a Cp company jacket but had to return due to the wrong size. Despite having received the item back (signed receipt at their delivery unit) Flannels refuse to refund our £226. They claim they never received the jacket despite a signed confirmation from the Royal mail. We have sent them this onfirmation as proof numerous times but they simply ignore/deny responsibility. Any decent and honest business would be investigating this as theft by not Flannels. I wonder why that is. Is it because they have made £226 from us and now have the jacket back to sell to another mug! Please read this message and boycott this company. Appaling customer service and clearly a charlatan company who need to be investigated for criminal misconduct. Shame on this company and if you work for Flannels Shame on you if after reading all these reviews you are still happy to take their money from us !!!!!

Disgrace of a company, the worst customer service, can only contact them by email and they only reply weekdays between 10am and 5pm. They sent my £500 bag to THE WRONG PERSON and sent me a £60 Hugo boss shirt?? They came and collected the shirt but could not deliver a bag at the same time I had to wait a week longer after paying the £7.99 postage fee! You would think they would be more careful with expensive items obviously not! Also received a “vanmildert.com” dust bag instead of a flannels one, funny how orders are getting mixed up from 2 websites that are exactly the same!

Bought a coat £600 after reading the product details said Was water repellent, but I had a problem with getting wet on one arm so took back, the store manager said it’s not his fault and flannels do not stand by the product information given by the manufacturer as they did not write it. Said was the same for my partners Canada Goose coat £1000that bought same time if anything goes wrong.Haha have you ever heard anything like this, so if you ever buy something from this store pray that it’s not faulty.

Would give 0/5 if I could. Customer service non existent they ignore you when you’ve spent a fortune and received nothing, they make it as hard as possible to return an item when it eventually does arrive and it’s the wrong item. Such a bad company all round I don’t know how they get away with it? Go to end clothing it’s so much better these idiots need shutting down.

Avoid this store. Between taking a week to processes goods. Faulty goods, goods with tags left in. 0 customer service cant excnchage they will lie and day not your size so you have to re order and pay yet more postage. Use farfetch flannels online are shocking and cloths terrible quality they must sens faults out.

Hi all, I strongly recommend everyone not to buy anything on this page. I ordered Versace earrings for 264 pounds, after two days l received a parcel, l opened the box and found a Versace ring instead of earrings. On the same day l wrote an email to which l got a reply that they will send a courier l just need to write my address, l replied to the email within two hours but since then l have not heard from them. I also called them ( it is hard to get through as l work during their working hours) and they told me to send an email again, which l did, but no one replied again. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING from this page, l made a mistake as l did not pay my attention to the reviews and thought it is a legit website as it has wikipedia page and several shops, but l was so wrong and l could have got similar earrings from actual Versace page.

Half good come with clicks and holes. They lie when you exchange and say not available but you can go online and re-order and yes they are always there. Flannels wants you to pay postage 3 times it would seem. Oh and on 3 occasions I have tags attached and had to pay parking to go to store. No compensation is offered which is typical of a mike ashley firm. Cavoid flannels on-line at all costs. Leeds store staff are very good its an on-line problem.
