I recently placed an order around £400 with Flannels and paid extra £9.99 for the next day delivery. I received an email from DPD a day later and with a delivery tracking number. However I did not receive the parcel 5 days later. I tracked PDP website and it says the parcel is still at "location Flannels". The update on DPD website shows " We've received your order details but have not yet received your parcel. " I called DPD and was advised that I should contact the sender (Flannels). I sent several emails to Flannels and only receive an automatic reply message with the same DPD tracking number. no further information! No further development on this order until now. no email reply from Flannel and I still have not received my order and the information showing on DPD website still showing the parcel location is at Flannels, that is 11 days after I placed the order!!!

I’ve returned my order which arrived faulty it looked used it had scratched all over a balmain bag which I do not know how someone can sell that to someone. I’m still waiting for my refund it’s been over 2 weeks and no one is responding to any of my emails!

Do not order. I recently paid £605 (includes next day delivery) for a balenciaga hoodie which did arrive however they gave me the wrong item, I immediately asked for the correct item & I've now been waiting over two weeks for my order to be 'processed' still haven't recieved any email regarding the length of time I have to wait plus to make matters worse when I did complain several times to costuner service they replied back several days later saying the issue had been 'resolved' here I am 2 weeks later on still without the correct item which I paid for & recieving useless costumer service replies telling me to wait. At this point a refund is the only thing I want & I'm fearful whether I will have aged about 100 years before this issue is resolved & I get my money back. This is not a fake review but a warning to all future buyers, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. You have been warned.

received a pair of guiseppe zanotti trainers, not only were they scratched up but have also been previously worn, as the writing on the insole has worn out. genuinely feel disgusted. I have been shopping in their stores for over 10 years, but this online experience has really put me off from shopping there again. also I really doubt the authenticity of these trainers, as they feel a lot lighter than they should be and the quality of the material feels cheap. I have uploaded pics as evidence.

Ordered a very expensive jumper ghey said it had been delivered which it hasnt and they blocked my emails to them. I will be taming this further. Absolute appalling service

AVIOD!!!! Save your money or spend elsewhere!!! I’m fighting against Flannels at the moment as they delivery multiple items and missed one Item off, I’m getting a response back saying it’s was packed which it clearly wasn’t which they are responding “the case has closed” Customer service needs to get a lot better because either someone has taken it Who works in the packing are after scanning it or it wasn’t backed in the correct bag... So frustrating as they are saying I’m lying 👊

Items not delivered. Tracker shows item back with Flannels. It’s been weeks and customer services don’t respond to emails. Don’t know where my order is and money has been taken from my account

I order more than £2k, and paid for next day delivery. But till Friday till now i cant reicive any sign. They 're so bad.

I received my shoes which I paid over £300 for to see that the box has been ripped in several places and taped up and the shoes have clearly been worn multiple times as they are all creased. I am disgusted and really upset and I cannot get through to them via email as they keep bouncing back.

Ordered some jeans in sale. When they arrived they had clearly been warn with a visible stain/mark and it looked like someone had tried to wipe it. Returned the jeans special delivery to cover insurance cost. Wrote the info on the returns document and asked for replacement. Well no replacement! refunded cost of jeans only! not the £6.99 you pay for delivery. I complained and as a good will gesture I received refund of £6.99! So what comes next? They tell me they cant refund my special delivery of £8 plus because their returns say no fault! Explains why I get faulty jeans in the first place! the returns don’t check! Shame on your returns Department and shame on flannels for branding me a lier.

Don’t buy with this store All y orders received are not the good size ! I returned the order ,they received it but since 2 weeks I send over 150 emails for my refund but nobody respond me ! I called them but nobody respond Terrible store Don’t here ! Look at Facebook page : Flannels fashion ... a lot of customers post a bad experience same me ! Don’t buy with this store

Spent 375£ on a jacket for it to turn up ripped, posted back straight away for exchange and sent a number of emails to get no replies, have no clue when I’m getting my new jacket, will Never be using flannels ever again

My son ordered a top on Saturday and paid for next day delivery. It is now Wednesday and still no sign of it. Contacted flannels who said it should be here in the news few days, no apology or offer if a refund for extra postage paid!!

Awful service I’ve had two accounts of this. 1. Store closed 30 mins early while there was a group of about 7 people wanting to go in because staff are lazy 2. I recently ordered a T-shirt online and after 5 days I got a email saying it’s out of stock, and now all Easter sales have ended

Rubbish customer service so rude female called Abbie Sizes on dsquared t shirts are messed up had to pay delivery twice for returns. Atleast get the sizes correct if you can’t then refund the delivery charges as a goodwill gesture. Annoying if a customer spends 500 on two items you should care to maintain customer service to say the least. Really disappointed wont ever buy anything from them
