Bought a Stuart boots came with a broken and old box that would have been in a garage for over a decade to be that rundown! Never again! Tested and done

This company is AWFUL!! I had returned two items in the SAME blag Flennels zip up bag and sent them bag Royal Mail signed for, one item to be refunded in full, the other to be exchanged. Customer service took over a week to respond (only after I had chased up) saying they hadn't received the item to be refunded! strange that when they were in the same bag! so your warehouse have lost (or stolen) my item and basically calling me a liar, I am now well out of a pocket for an item I tried to return! Avoid at all cost if buying online

Complained a few weeks ago about faulty leggings from York store and manager there but nothing done . Went round in circles told me to go back to manager who had caused trouble . So left with faulty leggings. No customer service they are not bothered.

I left a review on trustpilot yesterday, regarding one of your stores, that image is an insight on the amount of purchases I usually make in around a 12 week period, until my complaint is dealt with restassure I will never spend a penny at any of your outlets.Cruise, Flannnels , USC , Van der Meer and definitely never ever again sports direct!!!! If you check Flannels trustpilot you will be able to fund all the necessary information regarding my horrendous experience at one of your groups. Many thanks Alex

My son passed his exams as a well done we ordered him a moschino belt costing 200.00 when arrived to small sent back but wont exchange as they said it had been worn absolutely disgusting hasnt been worn has origanal tags and tissue paper on truly disgusting

Very bad customer service. I orders multiple items and one didn't even arrive. I have emailed them 6 times now asking about my item that i paid for and I have still not heard anything. Its probably been over a month now. Do not shop hear if you do not want to get robbed!!!

Flannels provides a very bad service. They advertise items as new but deliver used items. I ordered a pair of Giuseppe heels and they delivered me a used pair. When asked for a discount they said they can only gove 20%! I asked for a new pair and was told there is one left at the warehouse however no guarantee it will be sent to me which was a total lie as later I was told the pair I was sent was the last size 5! Under the consumer rights this is a fraud! I will take this further as not paying so much money for a 2nd hand pair of shoes !

The female store assistant was extremely rude and patronising towards a young girl and also presented as argumentative towards a woman with a young child accusing her of being a fraudster. Is this how flannels treat customers, atrocious and unacceptable. In urgent need of retraining

Bought a pair of earrings (cost £67) had them only 6 months and most of the diamonds have fell out, when to the shop and told them they said they couldn’t do anything as I’ve had them longer than 2 WEEKS!!

What an appalling experience I have just had with an order with this company. I bought a polo shirt in store which I had to return due to sizing. The store did not have a larger size so I asked them to order the next size for me. The assistant put the refund on a gift card and re ordered - paid £6.99 postage and was told my order would be received in 2-4 days. I received an email to say that the order would be received shortly. After 12 days of waiting sending emails and numerous calls to the store and speaking with customer service (after 5 days of waiting) told me it had been shipped that day. I have now received an email to say my order has been cancelled due to the payment method not been acceptable and have been advised to re order with a different payment method. I am absolutely disgusted as this was all done in store so how can the payment method to not acceptable. The polo shirt was for my husband’s birthday which has now been and gone which is even more upsetting 😡 Edit Delete Share Click

I was ordering mens jeans online, from Flannels. The cost was £88:00, until Flannels wanted to charge me to pick up my parcel in store. I will not buy from any shop that wants to charge me to pick my parcel up from store. An absolute disgrace

Flannels, Cruise ,Van milder...sports direct it's all the same company , that I have avoided like the plague after they were caught out selling knock off Moncler jackets from their branches. The papers got wind of it , and they had to refund many disgruntled customers to keep it quiet and sweep it under the rug! What other top fashion retailers get caught out in criminal practices? Exactly...that along with the penny pinching delivery charges is why I will continue to shop elsewhere.

Would avoid like the plague, ever since they got caught with their pants down selling fake moncler jackets from their Portsmouth branch it's made me very very reluctant to trust the authenticity of their brands , they shouldn't charge for shipping for orders over £200 ethier.

terrible customer service. Wouldn’t refund an item claiming it smelled of aftershave. Even though I couldn’t try it on in the shop due to COVID and had to at home. Obnoxious staff and over priced clothing.

Hi Visit to your Chester store today to purchase shoes and clothes for my Son as a gift for looking after me and his Grandma over lockdown I had just picked him up from the Train Station so therefore he was carrying a hold-all not that this should matter !! Greeted by a young man who asked how my Son was , who replied and how are you , your Shop Assistant replied “Ye fresh “ !! What is that ? Is that the way to great a potential customer? The Shop Assistant then didn’t even acknowledge me , which I found very rude , I clearly didn’t fit into the criteria of the shop clientele They then one at a time followed us around the shop , which we understood as you have expensive goods and if we needed assistance they are there, but we then heard them on the Walkie Talkie telling the upstairs Assistant to watch us , that was the last straw for us , I found that upsetting and left the shop I told the Assistants on the door to warn the girl in future to turn the volume down as we heard every word !! You lost customers and purchases for your shop I have never felt so humiliated and upset in any shop like this before ! I was so upset on the way home to be made to feel like this by young adults I want this resolved or I will take this as high as I possibly can

Terrible company - use someone else if you can They lost the item, said it had been delivered and now are refusing to replace/refund me absolutely disgusting approach to customer service. You are seen as a payee and not a person. Vile company- hope i read they go out of business.

Dreadful company STAY AWAY, my son spent 200 pounds on a pink stone island jumper for it to fade in patches. On reporting to FLANNELS was told it wasn't their problem, it was a washing error!! I know I followed the correct washing instructions and this has never happened to any of our clothes before. FLANNELS then Closed my ticket saying that was the end of it!

My son purchased a 200 pound pink jumper from FLANNELS. After following the washing instructions taking extra precautions,washing separately on a delicate wash, the jumper has faded in patches all over I queried with FLANNELS only to be told it was a washing fault. I disputed this to be told it wasn't their problem and the ticket was closed. Very disappointing service!!!
