Got a Canada goose jacket zipper looks and feels cheap threading starting to come away already small whole with fluff starting to come out

Hideous customer service and go back on their word. Told when I asked about NHS discount that the item I was buying was eligible for nhs discount for me to then find out it wasn’t once in store. When I asked I even sent a photo of the item and was told yes. Bunch of cowboys

Absolutely disgusted at the way my partner was treated at your oxford branch by the manager refusing him access claiming it's private property and he couldn't enter because he is medically exempt from wearing a mask ! Both my self and my partner spend a hell of a lot of money inyour stores every week and we have never been so degraded buy such an uneducated moron who clearly needs to go and learn basic human rights and a bit of respect for customers buying from you ! I own a store my self and would never allow my staff to degrade my customers In the way yours do aswell as assaulting someone with a walkie talking ! I suggest you deal with this issue before we do begin to take this matter further ! Government guidelines, rules and regulations clearly stated you cannot ask someone to prove there exemption ! And any store , individual and company can be fined up to £9000 for doing so ! So you need to be teaching your staff denying customers entry due to been medically exempt and refusing to provide proof is degrading and goes againt the human right equality act put In place in 2010 there for we will not accept your absolutely vile attitude and discrimination of someone who is clearly exempt !!!! You have lost many customers !

Disgusting Customer Experience with very uneducated staff! I was in Oxford Yesterday to buy rock studs footwear for my other half and few other items for myself but was refused entry after door man poked me with his walk-in talkie to ask me to wear a face mask I then told him I was medically except and he then questioned me on providing proof. Which I then responded I have no legal obligation to prove my exemption under the government guideline and that refusing me entry and questioning my exemption is discrimination under the disability act but still wouldn’t allow me to enter and gathered his manager to deal with it! The manager herself was rude and ignorant from the get go and was uneducated on the exemptions and wouldn’t allow me to discuss it with her and was under a crazy illusion that it was private property so they could deny me access due to not wearing a mask which I can’t not wear because of medial reasons! But she is wrong the store is offering a public amenity which then does not give it the private property status! I’m very ashamed that other human beings could be so damn degrading to a paying customer who not only myslef but my other half spend a considerable amount of money in flannels and have never had an experience like this from any store! And I will be looking into legal action! And have lost not one but two customers and will be more as word will spread!

I can see why Chester branch only has 1.6 rating out of 5 on Facebook ! Shocking and rude members of staff ! They all need a lesson in customer service skills on how to treat customers with respect! Advise people to stay away from the Chester branch! Returns policy is a shambles and staff are very discriminating!

After sending the wrong size jeans I sent 2 images to prove they had miss supplied.. they closed the case .. and refused to take them back

Wouldn’t even give this store 1 star I have ordered numerous items from here spent thousands and all sent with item in no bag at all just outer bag screwed up and 3 times bigger I bought a jacket for £750 was sent in outer bag only all screwed up in a bag far too small for jacket and customer service is non existent and terrible and when you spend £750 on a jacket they still charge you £6.99 del will never shop here again just bought my Canada goose jacket from Canada goose website so flannels can do one worst shopping experience ever

Would give no stars if I could, ordered a jacket and when I got the parcel and opened (after paying £9.99 for next day delivery) there was only a flannels black shoulder bag inside and no jacket, when I contacted to query what had happened I was basically told they sent it and the parcel weighed the correct amount when it left so its your problem, was told to contact my bank, I was astonished, am currentl in contact with trading standards and a few other places to get help, will take to small claims court if need be, disgsusting customer service, take your money then are not interested, £426.99 I am out of pocket, fuming, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought a kenzo t shirt for my son £100 he wore it twice and where he’s been sweating under arm pits the material has turned from black to red after one wash noticed whilst ironing obviously very poor quality cotton I got in touch with flannels attached photos to be told it looked like bleach ???? Very poor quality and even worse customer service since sports direct took over.

I’ve had the same issue as so many others!!! DO NOT BUY WITH FLANNELS. I ordered a £1250 bag as Christmas present and received a £45 backpack from their House of Fraser warehouse. Customer service has refused to help me same thing saying parcel weight is correct however I sent proof of the parcel and incorrect item won’t help and asking me to sort with payment provider. I am now £1250 out of pocket these people are crooks and have done this several times to customers. Be careful, order with someone else.

Most disgraceful service ever. Why do brig well respected brand trade witch such dodgy retailors. Before Mike Ashley brought Flannels I have spent over £50k in this store and the service was always what you expected. Since Sport Direct own Flannels they just do as they please. I have placed many order but the service is by far POOR, worst than Pound Land. Ordered many times, parcels always late and when they arrive the good are second hand, off the shelf and just thrown into a BAG. Place an order last week because they offered a discount, Spent over £800.00 and today 10 days after I placed my order they just d3ecideed to cancel with no EMIAL or Call. WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING AT. WHY IS OUR HIGH STREE BEENING TAKING OVER BY THIS CON ARTISIT. Stop shopping at this dodgy outfit. They are typical market traders.

AVOID ONLINE ORDERS THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND TO CONTACT YOUR BANK, EVEN WHEN IT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

Terrible customer service, could not get through on the phone to any stores at all. No free returns and to return something it costs over £30 Not a good experience and when your spending £500+ on a item it’s disgusting.
