Ordered a £500 pair of trainers for them to arrive with a scuff on one of the heals. Have sent them back to now not be able to get through to anyone. Will be contacting eBay today..

I didn’t receive a refund after 3 months of constant emails between myself the customer service team. I went into a flannels store to get a customer service contact number and rang the team up. A woman called Jana assisted with my enquiry, she was no help at all and then when I asked for the manager she decided to start laughing to her colleagues “she now wants me to get the manager hahaha”. I was so disgusted and felt so small. I can’t believe that a customer service representative would ever talk to a customer like that, let alone a loyal one like myself. I will not be ordering from flannels again. Disgusting.

For a top end designer store they are disgraceful customer service is non existent and packed a £625 jacket in just outer bag all folded in shape of a rugby ball creased to hell and then to top it all Hermes threw it over my fence in terential rain and left it.disgusting on both parties I will now try Harvey Nichols and see what experience I get from there

I just had the worst experience with flannels I would blame both the online team and also the Shirebrook shop, they are so rude!!! I saw that a pair of fendi slides were on sale online for about 30% off but didn’t have my size so I called customer service and asked what stores they were in stock She confined 3 stores all of which are an hour away I also called the store to confirm and asked them to reserve and was told that they could only do till 7pm ss it was sale stock I drove over an hour to get there only for me to be told they are full price by the store manage Dominique who was The one who i spoke to in the morning. She was SOOO RUDE even when I told her she confirmed they were on sale and showed her the live price on the website she wouldn’t even acknowledge me and said she was busy with a VIP customer so whatever the till price goes Following that I called customer service who confirmed the price again but said it’s the store managers decision So disappointing would NEVER RECOMEND After driving all that way no acknowledgement or apology nothing just a flat out lie from the store manager

I ordered the wrong size item, but noticed almost immediately and went to cancel the order. The cancellation form did not work so I contacted the email that's provided on the same page. I sent the email to cancel the order, and despite sending it 1 day before the order was actually processed, they still failed to cancel the order and I am still yet to recieve a response. I then contacted them about me returning the item, and notified them of the error with their cancellation form to which I was told that it was not their problem and it was supposedly fine (I tried it again, same result). They blamed my internet, I proved it was not but they still do nothing about it. They also make the return process very annoying to do, they have no proper system for returns. There is no way of to notify them that you're returning an item either, you just have to rely on the warehouse workers processing it properly. I have no confidence in this company, and would advise everyone against shopping with them online.

My first order with Cruise fashion went good. I ordered a pair of Balenciaga shoes and received it 3 days later. For my second order I place an order of 9 pairs (almost £4.000) . One day later I placed an order for 2 more pairs. this is where it all went wrong with their service. The last order with the 2 shoes arrived after 6 days. One of the item came incomplete without dust bags and spare laces. Nothing major but not the best service. Now 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my large order which still has not even been shipped. Contacting their customer service through Instagram or Facebook doesn't help and they won't even reply. 2 days ago I received a reply from cs'@'sportsdirect.com (so totally different from cruisefashion). I understand that it's same company but very confusing for a lot of people. People; Please be aware Cruise Fashion IS THE SAME as Flannels. Don't be fooled. same website/ same stock just the looks of the website are different. Contacting Flannels doesn't help either and they just tell to contact Cruise Fashion again. HORRIBLE service by CRUISEFASHION, SPORTSDIRECT & FLANNELS

I would give Zero if I could. Disgusting company, they literally take terrible customer service to the next level!!! They’ve stolen £150 from me and don’t care at all. You can tell that the founders of the company have now been bought out by Sports Direct!!! Shame on you! Horrible, horrible people and company!

It has been 2 months since I posted about Flannels.com sending me a faulty item without tags and a couple of days later I returned it. Since that day, I have been struggling with this company to get a refund but they won't give me it. They have been lying to me back and forwards saying that I did the wrong thing when I returned it but the only thing I have done is to follow the instructions showcased on their website. When I show them a picture of the returnable that I printed out they are saying that I used the ¨wrong one¨. But then when I go on their website and click on ¨Return a faulty item¨, that exact label appears. This is without a doubt the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life and I just want to give everyone a heads-up to NEVER purchase anything of their website. There are thousands of bad reviews about this company regarding the same issues and I just wish I did my research before purchasing.

I ordered a pair of Off-white shorts. When I received my order they were faulty as they were ripped. I sent them back for an exchange whilst feeling disappointed and contacted the customer service team. I waited two weeks for a response. They responded by saying they item was out of stock and then sent another email saying it was in stock and then another saying it’s out of stock again. After another couple days of trying to chase this up they said they were out of stock and were going to process me a refund that could take up to 3-5 days to get into my bank account. It’s now nearly a month later, I haven’t received a refund and the customer service team have been no help to me at all. I won’t be ordering from flannels again. I am a regular customer at flannels and after this experience I won’t be ordering with them again. Very disappointed.

Ordered and paid for £650 worth of sunglasses and paid for next day delivery. The 'next day' was missed and they delivered two days later to an address a few doors down from the address provided by me. I knocked on the door and the people at that address told me they have not received and parcels. I contacted Flannels customer 'care' (I use the word care in amazement that they can call it that) and was asked to visit the location DPD had claimed to have delivered to...even though my opening email clearly stated that I have been to the address already. I continued to explain that this parcel should be resent as I have paid in good faith and they have not delivered, only to wait three weeks for a reply and been told I am not getting my refund and am not getting the order sent again and I should knock on the door of the person they supposedly delivered to and open a civil case with them! To say I was shocked is an understatement and I have since recalled the money from my credit card and will be forwarding their emails to trading standards and possibly the police.

Absolutely disgusted paid 9.99 for next day delivery for my partners birthday to receive items that were the wrong model of cap and the joggers have clearly been worn, they stink like damp, dirty body smell mixed with washing powder. They are washed out and the material is bobbled with dog hairs and bits of fluff on them and they were inside out in the package. I do not own any animals as I have allergies which adds even further insult. Not what you would expect when you are paying for branded clothes from a shop that gives off the image of high end high street shop. I have sent 3 messages on their website with no reply as of yet!

Stay away from this company as you will get is email from them suggesting they are looking into things. Useless company please stay away from them! I didn’t receive my item and they closed my case ! Please stay away and I am still looking to raise compliant against the company

I purchased £650 shoes for my partner only only for her to receive used shoes , with the heels dirty. We contacted the customer services only for us to be told , to return the shoe so they can investigate if the faulty is theres. Im not sure who else could it have been really. The shoes were obviously the ones that ppl were trying on in one of the shops cause one really looked bad yet it had not been worn outdoors.Then we were told it would take 14 days for investigations to be completed. This was a proper let down really

DO NOT USE FLANNELS. Put in a big order and they left out some jeans (£100+) 3 weeks later there customer service and twitter account have ignored All my messages And have not done anything about it I Have been scammed STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MONEY I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS IS GIVING THEM 4.5 STARS

If I could give none or minus I would. Honestly shocking. Ordered over £500 worth 3 weeks ago, the tracking kept saying awaiting for parcel to be processed. Today they have advised its been "lost" and will refund within 5 days. I wish I had read all these reviews before I bothered wasting my time. I've never experienced anything like it. Shocking.

I placed an order and I got no order confirmation in my email that my order has been placed after I got debited in my account already. Now I can’t even get the customer care and I have no order number to give asides from the debit from them . My order ought to deliver the next day as I paid for delivery. It’s been 3 days already and I don’t even have an order confirmation nor get anything delivered . I regret ever ordering from flannel and will never recommend for anyone. Now I don’t even know how to get my money back as I have no order number .

Ordered 2 t shirts and both turned up marked up as underwear. Neither item was described on the website as underwear. Also described as normal for, not a chance they were both spray in muscle t-shirts. I’ve bought of the site before and easily fitted in my normal size.
