Disgusting that delivery is £6.99 and then to not receive my whole order at once, it came across two different days. Then have had to pay to send something back whereas usually free with other companies. Sent recorded as an expensive item and had to pay £7.40 for the pleasure.

Ordered a parcel online to be delivered in store. Needed to return the parcel which they would only give me a credit note. Tried calling the Leeds store beforehand for more information on the returns policy (the website is very unclear) but no answer after 40 attempts! Would have saved me a trip if I'd have known I had to post the parcel back for a refund.

The garment is lovely it was a present to my step son for his holiday. To my surprise and embarrassment he could not wear it has it still has the security tag on. I'm very disappointed for such a high establishment to cause us such a problem on his birthday.

I bought a jumper from a flannels shop and it didn’t fit so when returning it they told me I can only exchange or voucher I accepted the voucher and ordered another jumper offline in 2 sizes thinking that if 1 doesn’t fit I’ll just get my money back NO when returning 1 they took my money and credited me with the same voucher very bad service

Disgrace of a shop would never shop with flannels again. Customs service definitely need to be retrained. I’ve been treated better and had better customer service from primark!

My return shipping was $130.00 The return package was held up in international customs, awaiting info from Flannels. Unable to locate a phone contact# Many phone calls

I can hardly believe the opening lines in which you invite participation in your survey : 'To ensure you get the very best service from us and continue to do so, etc.' This is why: I chose a jacket, on-line, at £195.00. By the time payment was requested the price had risen to £244.00. I rang customer services for clarification, but no reply. As the jacket was needed urgently, I paid. It arrived with the price ticket showing £195.00. Consequently, I took the garment to the local Flannel store where I was told that a refund would be given, but that I would have to email customer services (email address was given) complete with a photo of the price label on the jacket. This I did. Since then I have received 3 messages from Flannel, each stating that the FAULT is MINE, the third message also declaring that the price shown on-line was £228.00. Where on earth did that suddenly come from! Flannel is refusing to refund the difference between the price shown both on-line and on ticket, and the price I actually paid. I know what I call this, and it's certainly not 'best service'.... in fact, it's a load of old Flannel.

Terrible from start to finish. Let me place an order then got email that 1 item was unavailable. Still took my payment for it. Another email that rest of order was on the way. Got another item then last item came and was wrong. Can't speak to anyone. Everything via email. Never again.

Item sent out 5 days late to a pick up shop. Item was then returned S it was damaged by courier, i had yo chase for an answer but no one got back to me. Still waiting fir new item to be sent out

Where is my polo!!! I paid for next day delivery and it was supposed to be here on the 4th of October and it’s still not here so I would like a refund for the delivery charge as apparently you can’t even fulfil a simple order I would also like a response this time!!

I ordered a suit from your Outlet. When I collected it at Curry's the package seemed light but I didn't give it too much thought. When I opened the package at home there the jacket was missing and the trousers were too small even though they had my correct size of 32 on the label but fitted more like a size 30. On a positive note you replied to my email very quickly, (I was angry that I couldn't phone you though) and you collected the trousers from my home...and gave me a full refund.

Purchased a Canada goose jacket as a present! Paid for next day delivery and it came with a small hole in the stitching on the arm. Not what you expect when paying £450 for a jacket.

I do not advise shopping at this online store, they send an expensive hat in a plastic bag and it arrives in this horrible state. For better do not assume the mistake and say that if I want to return I have to pay the costs of their incompetence. Forget buying in this store
