The whole process is painful. I paid £9.99 for delivery. Then I paid £15 for return, which wasn't an easy process in itself since the returns label had the wrong address on it. A very difficult process to find a phone number to call Flannels while I was in the post office, to be told that the address is incorrect but they wouldn't be making any changes to make it easier for customers. Finally, I managed to return the 3 items but have only received a refund for 2. I am chasing but am repeatedly told that the query is with the Warehouse. No expected timeline or even guarantee that it will be resolved, leaving me extremely out of pocket and dissatisfied. I will never shop at Flannels or House of Fraser again

Having to pay for returns is poor for a higher end brand. It puts me off using again.

The worst internet shopping experience I have ever had! I will never shop at Flannels again, either online or instore. The attached photo shows what I received from Flannels when I paid them £233.99 for a Fendi wallet - an empty box. To say I feel completely ripped off is an understatement. Flannels Customer Services have been completely dismissive.

My order delivered to the wrong address: to a different country in fact. Customer service has been poor. No acknowledgement it has gone to the wrong address and that someone has effectively stolen my order or any offer to replace the item or reimburse me.

Worst customer service in store and on the phone. Received a damaged pair of shoes which i was told would be replaced but then later got told there's no stock. The item was supposed to be my wedding shoes. A very unreliable company really wouldn't recommend

We ordered some sliders for my 7year old daughter. The shoes were clearly second hand. Paint was chipped away. The box was filthy and sellotaped. Unwearable. She was very disappointed as they were for holiday. And now there is no time to order more.

I'm happy with the products but I paid £9.99 For next day delivery and my parcel came a day late. My order was for a birthday present and with me going away I wanted to take the gifts with me. Because of the late delivery I wasn't able to do this and my girlfriend couldn't receive the gifts until after her birthday. Bit disappointing when I paid for a service.

Very disappointed I was able to order goods, was charged for them, received the emails to tell me my purchases were on their way only to then be told ALL the garments were not in stock! To add to the insult I was not refunded the postage costs and had to ask for it to be done. Buyer be ware

Ordered a Gucci belt for my fiancé’s birthday. It came in a plastic bag as if I ordered it off eBay, no box, no dust bag nothing! Also the belt was badly scratched as if it had been dragged across the floor. Very disappointed! Def will not be ordering from here again! Go to Gucci, it’s the same price and you get the presentation that you deserve to get!

Ordered 2 items and paid for 2 both only one turned up. It took 6 emails to get a response other than ‘your parcel has been delivered’

I bought a Babour jacket and achieved the item with a sale price tag of €90 and paid £125 for this! When calling customer service they were very unhelpful and said they could not do anything about it and didn't seem bothered when I said I would not shop or recommend friends to Flannels.
