Poor customer service. They take long to respond to emails and not helpful at all. They deserve no star. Was offered a birthday discount code and I used but they later emailed me that item in my order was out of stock and I tried to use coupon for available items but it wouldn’t and I reported issue to them since 2nd September, it’s the 11th today and no single response from them.

Ordered t shirt online. Wrong size was sent. Sent it back to be exchanged only(more cost even though not my fault!) Then I was sent an e mail saying item was no longer in stock so will be getting a refund! Then!!! The next day I recieved an email saying my order has now been exchanged! Who knows what's next!! Payed over £10 delivery in total which in way too expensive! Probably the first and only time I will use this website!

Sent wrong item, paid 11 quid to send it back to get exchanged, received wrong item again, never got a reply from customer service email, will not be ordering again.

I was so disappointed with my parcels, I bought Alexander McQueen socks and Burberry socks and a expensive hat, NOT ONE OF THESE ITEMS CAME IN A NICE BOX! All In plastic bags I’m so annoyed packaging was disgusting.

My items from the same order came separately which I was told about and then on the second delivery when the second half came, an item was missing which was in stock on the website, I then called up to see where the item was to be told it was out of stock.... which I wasn’t told about until actually ringing myself.

I bought a pair of jimmy Choo shoes, which arrived in an imperfect condition(looked like they had been either taken off a shop floor or exposed to external elements in the warehouse with rust marks). I immediately contacted customer services for an exchange but they haven’t responded efficiently. It takes 72 hours for them to respond to each email and even after sending 4 emails they still haven’t responded to my request. I am very disappointed!

Delivery / returns cost a fortune, customers are better off using Tessuti which has the same clothing at a lower price and better delivery/ returns policy

Ordered a men’s dsquared2 icon cap. When it arrived, it turned out it was in fact a child’s sized cap. Explained this to customer service and got no apology for the mistake. Customer service official didn’t seem surprised in the slightest and had to pay myself to return the item and have to now wait to be reimbursed for the return costs plus a refund for the child’s cap. Overall a very disappointing experience

I received my package in a broken box and in an awful state. And this is meant to be a gift. For that much money, I expect some care in the product quality. I would have liked to resolve this immediately but there is also no contact number for your customer service available. This is additional time on my part and leaves a lot to be desired in the the shopping experience at Flannels.

I bought a pair of loafers, the package was damage, shoes were marked. When I complain about it all they said was to return it. I spent money on the package and it was for a birthday gift
