Diabolical missing item charged for I was advised I’m wrong that ALL items sent now I’ve had to instruct an appeal process! Won’t use again

I purchased the moschino bubble snkr Ld92. I purchased these with a credit note, from a pair of Valentino shoes that had a fault. In the Liverpool one flannels branch. I then tried the moschino bubbles, they where the last pair, I did not want the display pair so the lady ordered a new pair. I waited around 4/5 days and collected from store. I did not check neither did the lady. I got home to find makeup on the right shoe laces and right shoe was also looser than the left. also the grey Swede is a shade lighter on the right shoe. I've had nothing but problems and the money I have spent is just wrong. I dont want to come back the shop as i was made to feel like something on someone's shoe! I then decided to check my receipts and my order receipt that I was given to use to collect the shoes. I found that there was no order number on any of these receipts, so how where they ordered? and how did I wait 4/5 days? I feel have been led to believe I have a new pair that where ordered but I now know they have gave me the last pair/display pair that I did not want and left me to wait 4/5days! I have worked within the fashion industry for many years also have a degree within fashion and tailoring and know how things can work.

My complain is twofold: 1. I bought two items are they arriving on separate days 2. The Ralph Lauren Polo shirt is every inch fake, for a shirt of over 100 euros. The logo, tailoring, buttons didn't even have Ralph Lauren on it. I'm highly disappointed to say the least. I'm definitely returning it

Had to pay to return the item which was £7.40 and initially paying £6.99 for delivery that took 5 days is also atrocious. Was expecting to receive my item a lot quicker. Will not be shopping here again

The service you have provided has been extremely disappointing. I have tried calling yourselves and the courier several time without any explanation other than to blame each other This item was specifically ordered on a next day delivery for a birthday present a week later and still nothing I spend a lot of money with Flannels and will never shop there again

Paying all that money for designer clothing and then the delivery isn’t free? Even worse the cheapest delivery is £8. It’s a complete joke and it’s just too much. The order also takes too long to be processed so you don’t know when you are going to get it in time. When my order came, the bag it was in was also ripped 3 times and the top was really creased.

Horrendous customer service hub , rang and asked prior to ordering clothes if I got them ordered to store could I return in store if they didn’t fit etc, picked up at store staff at store said you couldn’t do this well you technically could but only for a store note not for a refund which I got told you could prior to this ringing the main office in Wigan and asking somebody who obviously wasn’t qualified enough to do their job, this led me to have to pay for delivery to store which is ludicrous anyway then pay for delivery again to return them as they wouldn’t accept full refund in store so I may aswell have ordered them to my home which was 15 miles away , waste of time and effort trying to ask simple questions to these people , store in Leeds never answer phone and when you get in there you can see it ringing constantly

For an expensive delivery fee (£5) on a £65 item - the packaging was really pretty flimsy and the return label could have been paid for instead of charging the customer. I ordered the wrong item so sent it back and found it on 24s who charged me the same for delivery but came with a personalised box! I know that this is expensive for a small business but a simple card saying thank you for your purchase would have been a nice touch

I ordered last week, no one was home to take the parcel so they leave it out on my door step which ends up being stolen. I never requested it to me either.

I ordered next day delivery on some jogging bottoms over a week ago you took my money and I have nothing but a bunch of emails saying tuff you got ripped off buy dpd deal with it .which I don’t believe as dpd deliver here all the time and we have never had a problem with them

This order was ok but I’m having continued problems with your customer team on a past order . Order was faulty , sent it back and haven’t been refunded . Now you’re ignoring messages , I’m currently in talks with trading standards .

Dreadful. Didn't receive what I had purchased and the delivery driver left a note with no date nor time saying "Shed". Parcel has went walkies and trying to get in contact with the customer service team proves to be a harder task than performing brain surgery.

Picked up in store. Wrong item sent and wanted to return it in store and get a refund. Can not return to store even as it was wrong. Have to pay to send it back.

Hi - My first purchase online with Flannels...……..My fault as I ordered the wrong size, so returned and asked for exchange. Sent back my registered/signed for mail as recommended. You have had and confirmed the return and over 1 week has passed and no notification of dispatch - Does it really take that long? - I will never use your online service to purchase again - too painful when a return is required- If I do not receive a dispatch notice today I will start the chargeback process with my credit card company as clearly this is not being processed. I really needed these trainers for an event I am attending this weekend - I will not have them in time now - Extremely disappointed.
