Ordered jumper and coat. Coat wasn’t in stock never got a email to let me know only found out on delivery didn’t want jumper if the coat wasn’t there so had to pay for to return

Ordered next day delivery, didn’t come, contacted numerous times with automated replies which are unhelpful. I ordered next day delivery deliberately so I had a belt for prom however I was left without a belt for prom. Belt has now came and I have no reason to have it..

Awful service. My original order was placed, I waited 2 weeks to be told the item was out of stock. I then re ordered another item for it to arrive and be completely wrong! Third time lucky the correct item arrived but meaning I was £18 out of pocket due to postage costs. I have emailed customer services a number of times

After sending my item with the security tag still attached and trying to contact their unreceptive customer services, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my whole customer experience. This has made a huge impact on my future online retail purchases. This was the last email which I sent to Flannels customer services, with which, they failed to reply: Hello, Out of sheer frustration, yesterday evening I took the jacket with the receipt to your branch in Thurrock. The manager was very helpful, he informed me that in store they use different security tags and was unable to remove it. He took it upon himself to go to the adjacent Sports Direct store and he was unsuccessful. I asked the manager why would they put a security tag on an item from an online store and he informed me it could have been delivered from a branch, where the item was unsold or returned. As I explained in my previous email, the transparent plastic bag the coat was in, was reused as it had a gaping hole in it, thus, leading to the assumption it was a return. After I left, I decided to drive to TK Maxx, to see if they could assist. As soon as I entered I was apprehended, because the alarm went off. I explained to the security officer the reason for my visit and showed him the receipt. The security officer passed me on to a member of staff who passed me on to the till staff. I once again explained myself at the till, the member of staff thoroughly checked the receipt and remittance advice. She announced ‘you spent £650 on a coat and they can’t be arsed to remove the security tags?’. In the end she was able to remove it. That is what I mean by inconvenience.

I am absolutely not happy with your online service the reason mainly being, I purchased a Polo shirt and as it was a wrong fit I took it back to one of your stores in Meadowhall but they refused to take it back and refund my money, I was told I can only exchange but no return. I wanted to return but I had to pay the return postage which I thought was not right that I have to pay for the return postage for the product that I purchased on line. I choose not to shop online at Flannels it is a rip off site.

Only retail store that I know where you buy goods online and unable to return some items if they don't fit correctly. Us as customers made to do it ourself. Extremely poor customer service. On top of that you have to pay for to deliverys. Will not be using flannels again, will stick with tessuti thanks.

Don’t think ever had such a bad experience ever selling high end goods and staff don’t even know they process that’s including they own managers

I received the shipment and I am very dissatisfied with the packaging method, and this is not the first deal with you and very different from the previous. I got the t-shirt in an unregulated way, thank you.

Ordered 3 items and payed for next day delivery. Only 2 of them were delivered; enquired about this straight away. Took 2 days for them to apologise and still the item hasn't arrived a week later.

Prices are okay, paid for next day did not get the service and the excuse was it was the delivery services fault when both party's was the blame

Payed extra for next day delivery for a birthday give. Didn’t arrive for days and when is did the box gift box was damaged. Tried to contact customer services twice but zero response. Appalling from what is supposed to be a premium brand.
