Had to send 2 pairs of £1000 Christian Loubouton shoes back, one delivery took nearly 2 weeks to come, shocking overall service.

Unfortunately my items went missing. Could only contact Flannels by email, I thought this was very poor customer service. No one would take responsibility for my items. The courier service kept saying Flannels had my items and Flannels said the courier service had them. I ended up traveling to a store. The staff in store were extremely helpful and managed to get me a refund. I think for such a high end company there should be a contact number for customers to be able to speak to someone. I will not be ordering from Flannels again.

Don’t shop at flannels got to be the worse customer service on any men’s fashion sites. Paid 100 pound for item and when it arrived was priced at 70 and I emailed them which is hard to even find the email. No phone number . And they said it’s a human error so we can’t do any think about it. It rightly says on consumer rights that I should be refunded the difference. Use Zee&co.co.uk Or tessuti eqvvs wood house clothing Better customer care better all round

Bag arrived faulty/damaged and couldn't be replaced in time for the event I needed it for. I even went into my local store to see if they could exchange it for me but they informed me that the store and online shops are completely separate and they couldn't do anything to help even though they admitted that the bag was faulty and needed to be exchanged or refunded. An utter sham.

The delivery was shocking. Reasons for poor service listed below 1- next day delivery unavailable 2- my delivery was split in to multi deliveries and I wasn’t informed so was panicking when only receiving part of the order in the first delivery. Then having to make arrangements to be in for 2 days for one order cost a lot of money in time off work. Shocking service!

Shopped on line for my purchase and will in the future as the staff in the shop look down on you, made to feel as if I was not worthy of the 'luxury' goods they sell, some can do with more customer service training.

Return postage, even for faulty goods is, according to your website, at the customers own cost - for a company supplying premium goods this is disappointing and not competitive. The outer packaging of my parcel was in tact, but the shoe box inside the parcel was damaged on receipt, if the box is damaged, are the goods inside (which are premium goods) ok? These are premium products and come with premium shoes boxes that I re-purpose. It shouldn't be damaged. Another of the items received had a small make up mark on a white cuff (I don't wear make up of any description unless going out for a special occasion - trying on new clothes is not such an occasion). Due to the cost of returning the goods, and the hastle, I chose to take a risk and keep the item, hoping it will wash out (I have yet to find out if this was a mistake as I have yet to wash the item). These are premium goods sold at a premium price - taking a risk dirty marks wash out or having to suffer the inconvenience of having to re-package the goods and return them at my own cost in terms of time and expense, not to mention waiting up to 30 days for you to process the return before sending out a replacement (during which time you might sell out of my size) should not be my only options. Your stores don't readily stock the sizes I require, I had been into my local store and tried to purchase the sizes I ordered before resorting to ordering online. For a premium retailer you should offer free returns - other retailers manage it. Failing this - your return policy for faulty goods needs to be improved. Because of this experience I'm really not sure I want to buy online from Flannels again. Another premium retailer I use that does offer free returns has extra security tags attached to their clothes, in addition to the price tags. These security tags are deliberately attached in awkward places that prohibit people from hiding the label whilst wearing the item. Returns are free of charge provided the clothes are unworn and the security labels remain intact.

Ordered a Tracksuit top but had to return it as it had a thread pull on the front and 3 more or on 1 sleeve. ☹️

Absolute disgusted with the whole online ordering and collect from store service. First of all, the flannels website was showing calvin klein shorts in stock, to which the following day I received an 'amendment note' telling me that these were not actually in stock meaning I clearly couldnt have them. A huge business like this and you couldn't update the website to 'out of stock'? This made me extremely mad to say the three clavin klein training bras I ordered were to match these particular shorts! I recieved an email to say my order was now at the meadowhall store. The following day I travelled one hours round trip to collect from my chosen store. One out of two parcels had arrived and nothing on the email I received to say I was waiting for a second? The lady said i could not have the parcel without the second parcel being in stock. I left empty handed. Thankyou very much for 1 wasting my time, messing me about with my order and 2 for wasting valuable fuel money. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Paying for postage in such an expensive item is a joke. The item was then late so I had a disappointed grandson on his birthday. Not impressed, won't be using you again

Took over a week to confirm delivery, finally got an offer confirmation and an empty parcel was delivered. The next parcel that arrived only had 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Terrible customer service, will never order from Flannels again.

I was not happy with the service I received. Spent near enough a £1000 and got no emails to say my items are delayed or anything. Had to call myself. Very upset with the level of customer care for such a big merchandise.

Ordered a pair of Moncler trainers as a Father’s Day gift. When they arrived it was a massive disappointment as both shoes looked liked different colours, one looked white and new whilst the other looked a cream dirty colour and wore, possibly ex display. So by this point, not only have I paid £6.00 for postage, I then had to pay £11.00 to send them back to then be told I can’t have exchange as the size is out of stock. So I am £17.00 out of pocket as was sent an unacceptable item through no fault of my own. Also my kids now weren’t able to give these to there dad for Father’s Day. Disappointed is an understatement.
