I have still not received my goods. They were ordered a week ago and a confirmation email sent saying the order was being processed and as yet no update at all as to delivery to the designated shop. Any help would be appreciated

I am still awaiting your complaints department coming back to regards faulty goods I ordered , the condition of the new shoes I purchased was terrible

Waiting nearly 2 weeks for my delivery. Requested it to be sent to closest Matalan now been advised its sent back to Flannels!!! Lack of communication from Flannels, dont know what's happening, customer advisors yet to advise or reply. This was a birthday present. Disgusted is an understatement!! Will never purchase from this site again

I'm not a customer, but I'm receiving delivery texts about an order. Someone's obviously given Flannels the wrong mobile number, so I've tried to contact Flannels urgently. They have made it impossible to contact them by phone. All I could do was email customer services, where I received an auto-reply telling me that they'd respond within 72 hours. I'm getting someone else's messages - they need to be told NOW that the parcel's on its way. Very poor customer service - don't think that I'll ever buy from Flannels.

Disgusting company. No quality control at all. Ordered a hoodie from them and it arrived damaged. Couldn’t exchange as it was out of stock. Refunded after weeks of arguing. Customer service is a joke as well and quite rude! Avoid!

This company seems to send out defected items. This t shirt was stained, the last order was a pair of sunglasses which looked worn with hairs in the mechanisms and lastly the order before that stained as well!! Avoid!!

I will never buy on line again had to pay P&P to get goods then had to pay P&P to return £15 in total and have nothing to show for it!

Terrible Ordered item was in stock, kept being told daily it would turn up at pick up point, 4 days later I’m emailed to say no longer available, this was a birthday present Still waiting for my refund

I ordered 7 items and only 6 items turned up. I have gone through all the process of reporting this missing item but you (flannels) have said that all 7 items were sent to me. I am not happy about this considering I spend a lot of money on flannels and always recommend to friends and family. My thoughts on flannels have now changed and I will not be shopping here again and neither will my friends or family.

Disappointed that I couldn’t get my size in the trainer I wanted in my local store, so had to order in line at a more expensive price! Not only were they £26 more online, but when they arrived they had a price tag inside stating £104 (same price as instore). Feel like I have been ripped off and not only that, but I have paid £6.99 for the privilege. Disgusted with this treatment. Also one jumper ordered completely different colour to website picture, so I have also bow had to pay out yet more to return this item! Really disappointed in this and will not be purchasing from Flannels again unless I am refunded the difference in the cost of the trainers?

Parcel went missing on delivery as DPD left it outside my front door on a busy road with a big DPD sticker saying it was left behind bin.. I want my money back.. very poor service

Absolutely appalled, I bought a pair of shoes as a gift and was shocked to find a severe defect. When you’re buying a luxury item from a trusted retailer you expect checks to be done before the item leaves so this doesn’t happen. I emailed asking for an exchange and compensation. My compensation request has been completely ignored. Not good customer service.

Terrible service delivery company has lost my parcel and I’m 240 pound out of pocket until you complete an investigation into this why should I be out of pocket terrible way to treat customers who buy regularly off you

We ordered 2 shirts one was a size larger than normally worn but even the larger size was very small, we had to pay to have them delivered to store and had to return by registered post due to value of the shirts so in all it cost £12 for nothing so very disappointed in sizing.
