“The Brightline FLEX system is an excellent concept which is let down by poor quality materials. It started to fall to bits the moment I unpacked it and began zipping it together. It is not sturdy enough to survive assembly, let alone the purpose for which it is intended – which it is obviously not fit for. Flight Store dispatched the goods quickly. Excellent service. However, they have not been responsive in the matter of resolving the after sales issue. A telephone call, followed by two emails has resulted in silence. Not recommended.”

“The service from Flightstore was excellent, with a very prompt despatch of my order. The product, a RAM Tab-Tite mount for an iPad mini, however, was a great disappointment. It was difficult to assemble, with only one screw from the five at each end being readily accessible; the mounting was too wide for the iPad Mini and deep enough to have held three; the spring that held the mounting closed was far too powerful. The result was that mounting the iPad was difficult because of the struggle to control the spring and risked damage to the iPad. Once mounted, the iPad would not sit squarely in the mount. Overall, very good service but a poor product.”

“No Problems. No fuss. Good Website to follow*. Good ordering procedure, if a couple of steps more than most. Exceptional delivery times. Excellent [and always good quality] products. (Don't know what the attitude of the company is should an issue arise, but I'd like to hope that it would be sympathatic to the purchaser). * However, what prevented my giving the 'excellent' spot: I keep hard-copy records; the print-off of any webpage consists of a haphazard arrangement of overlays and bunched-up areas of print, not dissimilar to the print-off pages of 'PayPal': awful, so I use 'Print Screen'!”

“Website correctly stated that it had the item in stock. Also, the stock level dropped after my order was confirm showing me that they accurately kept track of stock (Having recently had a bad experience with another supplier for the same item) Item arrived within a couple of days with good communication from Flight Store and their courier. All in all a very easy purchase, I would recommend Flight store to anyone, they will certainly be my first choice next time I'm buying”

“I found the web site very easy to use and placed my order with no trouble. Flight store kept me up to date regarding delivery. The parcel was delivered on time and in good condition. The jacket I bought was excellent. I am very happy with the service and product quality and will most definitely use flight store again.”

“Not great communication. Ordered book and accepted, then told 2 days later out of stock - no expected date, item still showing in stock on website, had to call to find out when deivery is due :(”

“Always used Flightstore and never had any issues. They know their stuff and can always be called upon for good advice. Their prices are extremely competitive compared to some aviation product companies. As a qualified pilot and somebody who enjoys flight simming they cover all bases. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.”

“The service is unbelievably excellent. Goods arrive within 24 hours of ordering or upon payment being approved. The range of products for the aviator is wide ranging and even caters for those whose hobby is aviation of one sort or another and not necessarily a flyer. Will have no hesitation in recommending the company to those who follow aviation and want to purchase goods aligned to the sport.”
