I was very disappointed and dissatisfied by the service. I had order flowers for a special occasion and they were not delivered on the day promised. I had to reach out to find out order of status. When order was not delivered, I asked for a refund and I was told that is not possible. I don't think my expectation of having flowers delivered on the day requested is unreasonable. The flowers were a surprise and did not arrive on the day I wanted. At no point was I advised that delivery could not be made on the day I requested. If I didn't reach out, Floom would have been unaware. The flowers were delivered the next day. I found this company to be unreliable and I would not recommend using them.

Delivery was fine but what was delivered was very poor quality and rubbish for the price paid. The box was poorly constructed cardboard sloppily painted with white emulsion paint; no branding or logo as illustrated. The box quickly became soggy when the flowers were watered. The roses were very short stemmed and looked tired and bedraggled. Attaching a photo from the day afterwards.

Paid for delivery on a certain day, which was delayed with no notification to me. I had to chase and arranged delivery on a different date. Received trite apology

They did NOT deliver and they KEPT my money. If it’s not a scam, it certainly looks like it. I ordered a same day delivery. Two days later the flowers still haven’t been delivered. The recipient was present and was never called. Support pretended to try contacting the florist and kept saying they were waiting for an answer from them… for 40 hours. Eventually I had to order somewhere else, yet they kept refusing to refund me, claiming they were waiting for an answer, even though it made no sense to deliver the order two days late, and in any case there was no sign that it would ever be delivered anyway.

order number JVCHMNJQNK. I ordered bouquet COSMO. date of delivery 08.10. https://www.floom.com/us/products/tngPZyB/undefined/cupid?location=11235. A strictly all-white, cream and pale pink palette bursting with lisianthus, astilbe, ranunculus and more. But it came completely different one, not the one I ordered. Where are Ranunculus and Lisianthus there? I am very disappointed. It was my mom Birthday, and I paid for what I didn't want to. photo of the delivery in the attachment

Flowers were ordered 3 days in advance and they were delivered a day later than I had booked them to be delivered for and that too late in the day on the delayed day. Pretty appalling.

This is a review for two different florists. The star rating reflects the first one. The first, My Table, I’d give 0 stars to as they failed to deliver and didn’t even reach out to Floom to let them know they couldn’t honour the booking. It’s unfortunate that this is one of the few florists in the area that is on Floom. Given they have a few 1 star reviews, I don’t know why they are even allowed to partner with Floom. Floom found an alternative florist, F for Flowers and they saved the day. They delivered a gorgeous bouquet for my mum’s birthday, early on in the day they received the order. I would absolutely recommend ordering flowers from them, and if I was able to give a second review they’d be getting five stars.

It was my sister’s birthday and I choose Floom over their one day delivery promise. It was a false promise. The flowers did t arrive and after three days they automatically process a refund, with no substitute options, and Zero information about a new delivery date. Worst experience.

I ordered a package to arrive Friday the 13th between 10am-6pm to the Hotel I was staying at as I am from Australia and due to the company putting the wrong label/card (containing name, date, message) on the package there was a lot of confusion. These 2 gift boxes were meant for a very important meeting but they were delivered with the incorrect details so I wasn't able to get them. I purchased two Lavender Bergamot Hom's from my Blooming Business. These were meant to be gifts for very high up stylists and diredctors from L.A. and London - very disappointing. I flew back to Australia on the 15th of June, Sunday. When I contacted FLOOM twice they never responded with helpful information only the third time I emailed in which was when I was back in Australia. Very unreliable and don't reccommend this service.

I ordered a flower arrangement based on the beautiful photo shown online, but what was delivered was a completely different story. The flowers arrived wilted, nearly dead, and some of the types promised were missing. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture and was honestly embarrassing to give as a gift. The quality was very poor, and the advertising was misleading. I will never use this service again.
