“Disappointed with the lack of response to my emails referring to non delivery of my order. Flowers were due to be delivered on Monday and it’s now Wednesday evening and no delivery . Have asked for a refund today and had no reply. Customer service is key and there appears to be none here. The flowers were to be delivered to our hotel In jersey as a gift for my wife and to add to what was a nice holiday. I understand that this company is from jersey reading the website. If it is. What could be easier than a local delivery”
