“I am upset to hear that this delivery was half dead and the flowers had to be thrown away after a few days. They weren’t just limp, the stems were brown. Such an embarrassment to have a memorial token (a birthday reminder of my deceased father) spoiled in this way. I would expect replacement and a refund. Susan Johnson”

“Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the freesia I received on Thursday, they were all fully opened and by the next day some were even ready to loose their flowers. They did arrive on the allotted day, but they were so sad that I left them off my celebration table. At £25 I was seriously disappointed, Over the years I have always been pleased with my flowers from Flowers by Post, but unfortunately I will have to think twice before I order again in case I am let down again.”
