“Sadly, Flowers by Post did not deliver as promised and certainly didn't live up to expectation. The flowers arrived 3 days late. There was a phone call from FBP to say the flowers would be 1 day late and that I would receive a refund for the postage. To date there has been no promised refund and no explanation or apology for the flowers being delivered 3 days late. The flowers were for a family who'd experienced a recent, very sudden bereavement so I sent the flowers expecting a delivery on the day I'd chosen. I probably won't purchase from FBP again due to very poor customer service. I did try phoning FBP but they didn't answer my call, so another poor customer service.”
