“The flowers arrived without delay and my friends were delighted with them. The plant I sent to one friend apparently had no card with it though. I know I filled in a greeting on a plain card but this seems to have been forgotten when the order was sent. Not a big problem, but a slight disappointment.”

“website and customer service are first class....flowers have been perfect...but the Royal Mail tracking service they use is diabolical....delivery only is confirmed by them no other information in between. EG..when late delivery they disclaim knowing the whereabouts of the flowers........this is not what we are paying for !!”
