“Flowers by Post is an amazing way for me to send flowers to my mum and others. Recently I sent mum flowers. Yellow roses this time as these were in my wedding bouquet 50 years ago. Mum was so happy and the roses were spectacular.”

“As always the flowers arrived on time. The recipient was full of euphoric adulation about the flowers. I had a problem with my phone which caused a small hiccup, the team handled it well and were keen to resolve the problem, they really wanted to resolve the issue, well done!”

“The plant I requested, by email, wasn’t available for the day I wanted. Staff called me to ask if I’d be happy for the day after or would like a substitute plant on the correct day. To actually receive a call was a surprise and to me, a sign of good customer service. Would recommend.”
