“Bought a Nami Burn-2 max from fluid free ride. Like most people who bought this scooter, I quickly had a steering notch develop. Also had a problem with a bent rotor. Contacted fluid free ride and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they took steps to remedy the problems. They rapidly sent out replacement rotors, brake pads and bearings. Thank you fluid free ride. Would gladly do business with you again and recommend you to anyone.”

“I ordered the Nami Burn-e max just before the 4th of July holiday during a sale Fluidfreeride was promoting and received it July 5th...the delivery date originally was July 10th. It was awesome to get it early so I unboxed and set the scooter up for a ride right away. What an amazing ride this scooter is and I put on over 300 miles in 2 weeks. I also had a small issue with the headlight but it was resolved by Fluidfreeride quickly and I'm ready to get out and put in another full day of riding.”

“I received the Fluid Mosquito very quickly and it was packaged well and no assembly was needed. The build quality is excellent and the ride quality is very good for having solid tires. I was able to get the 4th of July sale so I believe the Fluid Mosquito is a great value. Fluidfreeride has been an excellent experience.”

“This scooter is a rocket. I was honestly afraid the San Fransisco hills might bog it down and it takes the hills like a champ. It's fast, If you put in the high gear, it quickly goes up to 23mph. It thinks it's a rocket and proves it has the muscle. It's been a sturdy scooter so far and can easily beat the rentals. It's worth the price easily. I will buy another. This is fast enough and strong enough for sporting in San Fransisco. You don't need any more than this.”

“I purchased a wide wheel pro and it came with a defective battery. The service team at wide wheel pro replaced the scooter in a just few days. The staff is very prompt when you email in a complaint. I actually feel secure if I have any future issues because they are very professional and care about the customer experience.”

“Hello All, I am a few months in and over 700 miles. I must say team fluid freeride has saved many days of frustration. First rear motor failure, handlebar awkwardness and now fast charger failure. Solutions have never wavered straight to resolved.....Thanks again and keep up the great work!”
