I did a lot of research on which scooter I wanted but was able to test ride a couple at FFR in San Francisco. Everyone was super helpful, gave me info on pros & cons of options like renting or buying an open box or brand new. They adjusted the handle for me & even got rid of the box so I could just ride back to the train. Thanks 🛴

I bought this model for its high powered engine, and because it was advertised as great for climbing hills. In short, I am underwhelmed. I live on a small hill and bought it so I could zip down to get a coffee and access the town on the bottom of the hill. Sadly, this unit will likely collect dust.

Scooters are solid. I purchased the wolf warrior & Mantis V2. Both had minor quality issues. The Mantis charging port was not seated correctly in the deck and I had to take the scooter apart to fix it. The warrior deck lightning doesn't work. The switch is broken upon arrival.

Be careful about the discounts they offer. My code didnt work after a few hours. I Had to email them for 4 days before they gave it to me. I still need to check my credit card statement... 🤔 Overall fast shipping. FedEx is the worst regarding being CAREFUL with Products. My box was pretty beat up and the styrofoam inside was broke in many places. For a 1000$ product. They need to get their chinese manufacturer to package a little better. I imported and exported foor 12 year I never shipped FedEx, to many damages mmy first year. So far nothing, wrong.. but the right break seams like its way loose. I was going to buy a refurbished Dualtron Thunder. But their accounting department is all f up. Denied my Credit Card twice.Then they said they will get back to you in 3 day😤 Um I dont thinks so.🤣 So I bought from freeride... Again thanks for fast shippinng out of California. I thought it would comme out of New York since im in Florida. So far having a blast with my wide wheel..Hopefully they dealt with the rubber comming Off of the rim. ✌️✌️

Our experience with our Wolf Warrior is amazing! The only issue we have with it is the headlights stopped working. Is there a way to get a new set and we’ll send the broken one back? We’re not sure who/how to contact customer service.

I just start of by saying any issues I’ve come across fluidfreerides team has been there to help me out with my scooter and troubleshooting. Anytime I have a question I just shoot them a text or email and have been always satisfied as a first time customer I highly recommend them for your next scooter.

I live in a city where parking is difficult, so having the scooter to get around has led to much less stress and driving. I can scoot to the gym, store, etc without having to drive or sit in traffic. The downside is the tires don't hold air very well. I find I need to check the air in the tires and add air even if only one day has passed since last air top off.

My original first purchase from fluid fluide was going to be a mantis, last year Black Friday but I was unable to place the order. Luckily I still follow fluid free ride and purchased a mosquito and will likely be buying another mosquito because they are so light and given the right configurations will go up to 30 mph. There are the best short distance commuting scooter I've ever had..

The support team is helpful and it’s understandable that you won’t get a response within 30 mins if you have an issue. As long as you’re able to understand how everything works with the scooter you have and how to finagle with it I would suggest just having a mechanic to look through it. Been having issues with the mantis v2 and probably should’ve just gotten a wolf instead and dealt with the weight difference …. But support is being helpful with everything but honestly about to give up on the mantis v2 feels like the quality control wasn’t all there when it came from the factory. Support is 5 stars worth the scooter it’s dropped down to a 2 for me but that’s just my experience with it, it’s a great scooter just feels like I’m too aggressive and it’s not a good fit for me.

Awesome experience, I received my Mantis V2 24ah with no problems. Setup was a snap. I recently had my 1st service at the Brooklyn location, it was a very professional experience. Chuck was courteous, knowledgeable and down right friendly during my entire interaction. I highly recommend Fluid and Chuck to anyone interested in purchasing a scooter. I'm having a absolute blast. My thanks goes out to all involved at Fluid. Oh! I mustn't forget Mary in customer service for the prompt and informative response to my emails.

I purchased the mosquito scooter for my son for college end of November. He did not start riding until the last week of Jan when classes resumed. First week of March it stops working and parts have to be sent that he is going to have to replace. That’s 5 weeks and it’s broken already. The $400 scooter we have from Target is still running a year later. I have no confidence in your product.
