Received a new scooter, and both front and back rotors seem to be warped. The washer on the rear tire on the stem keeps popping out and I already had an issue with the brakes sensor hoping fluid will correct issues

Ordering and delivery was streamlined and simple. Delivery was fast, product was well packaged and was very quick and easy to assemble. No issues.

The mantis v2 is great no complaints. However dealing with customer service has not. I need a shock bolt and they put a ticket in and never got back to me. I ordered last week, they sent notice to usps to expect the package but a week later the post office still hasn't received it. This is crazy.

This scooter is awesome. Does everything excellent. Had to figure out how to get to the P selection but that was the only thing. What a BLAST to ride. I'm going to buy another one or two.

Customer service has been spot on - easy trial runs at the physical location and quick and efficient ordering online. Haven't had any issues with the scooter thus far but know they offer on site fixes for any issues that might arise.

Always great service! Have been a customer for three years. Bought the Mosquito recently to keep in my trunk so I do not have to walk when parking far away. fluid freerides has been there to support me with any issue I had. Highly recommmend!

Fluid Freeride, I feel is one of the best companies out there when it comes to e-scooters. They are very professional and sell good products. I have had great experioences so far with them. After purchasing one Scooter, my wife decided she wanted one. The one we were looking at was on sale and then the next day it ended and we didnt realize. Fluid freeride actually honored the sale price for us and we were very excited! Cannot recommend them enough.

I bought this for my son to use at college. It came with the accessory package as part of the Christmas special. That additional package deal was the reason I purchased the scooter. The scooter arrived promptly after ordering it and arrived in perfect condition. It is rated as being waterproof. Definitely a bonus living in Oregon.

After all the my research in which scooter to get as there’s so many in the market to choose from the fluid mosquito is the one I have decided to purchase because of portability,range,but most of all there’s a fluid shop close to where I live, after receiving the mosquito, I have notice that the display screen is damage so I called customer service support right away and they managed to arrange and send me a new display screen, the problems is until now I haven’t received the parts .place the order on March 3 via fluidfreeride websites receive the scooter on the 9th reported the issue on the same day, received the confirmation about the replacement parts the following day I was hoping that this parts would be expedited but after tracking it, I will not get the parts until 20 March. Disappointed that until now I haven’t ride the mosquito so looking forward to it. I guess I have to wait a little longer than expected.

I had 2 separate issues related to my order but both were fixed in short order. One was an actual defect in a part which was sent rapidly, and then trouble installing it, which they helped me over the phone with. Second was a trouble with a flat tire that I could figure out how to take off to replace it but couldn't get it back on - they gave me access to a mechanic with enough knowledge to help me figure it out . Could not have started my scootering journey without that support - highly recommend.
