“Lost the rubber wheel axle end caps on scooter. Contacted customer service and they asked for a photo to confirm correct part. Glad they double checked. I would shop with them again!”

“Both of my scooter orders were shipped fast and arrived quickly. My Apollo Phantom had a bent brake disk when delivered and when I notified Fluidfreeride, they shipped me two new ones right away and the replacement was easy due to their excellent instructional videos online. Thank you again.”

“I'm loving the Apollo phantom V2 i bought it's so fun to zip around town with and fast enough to keep up with traffic, no issues with it either so hopefully it will stay that way, thanks for all the help at the store buying it and the after sales support”
