“We were pleased to take advantage of the discount when placing an order. The flowers were ordered for a birthday remembrance of my late mother-in-law. In the event, we displayed the flowers at home instead of the cemetery mainly because of all the rain in North Wales! Meanwhile, the parcel was substantial and the flowers filled three of our vases; we were pleased with the content and especially quality. At the time of emailing, I can see two vases and the flowers are certainly lasting in the house. Lastly, I have joined the ranks of the disabled and it is a small mercy to have beautiful cut flowers delivered to our front door.”

“Flowers very nice, but unfortuately lay at front door, as friend was not at home. A bit withered, by the time he returned. No complaint made, as I should have ensured he would be there.”

“Customer service can't be faulted. I ordered a scented arrangement for my 95year old blind relative. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. However they were not what I ordered and were not scented ( requested because she can't see them ) I E mailed flying flowers and I had a reply within 24hours and money refunded. Couldn't ask for any better than that.”

“Flowers were wilted on arrival and did not really recover well despite placing in water immedialty on receipt. Boquet nowhere near as impressive as website suggests. Will not be using this company again.”
