“Both recipients delighted with flowers On one delivery flowers left in garage/ outbuilding but no note left to inform recipient DPD seem to have trouble understanding the concept of letterbox flowers - numerous times flowers are left in common areas not put through the letterbox”

“Customer service can't be faulted. I ordered a scented arrangement for my 95year old blind relative. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. However they were not what I ordered and were not scented ( requested because she can't see them ) I E mailed flying flowers and I had a reply within 24hours and money refunded. Couldn't ask for any better than that.”

“The flowers were lovely as always but when they are delivered the driver never seems to knock so I have to check with the recipient so they can look outside to find their flowers. This really defeats the object of surprising them.”

“The floers were delivered on time but were left outside a very public entrance on the pavement near the carpark instad of being delivered inside the flats entrance. It was chance that they were picked up by the person they were meant for. The flowers looked a bit sad but revived after putting them in water. They looked lovely after that.”
