“Delivered on time as notified in advance. Unfortunately a few flower heads were broken off in transit. Otherwise the product was good and appreciated by recipient.”

“They were a gift which I saw three days after they arrived. I was so disappointed with such sad looking flowers that I'd sent to my daughter in law and although she'd thanked me by phone when they arrived neither of us mentioned them again. A poor selection in my opinion and lacking in colour.”

“I have used FF before but unfortunately the flowers delivered this time did not match the lovely ones we have had previously. Some of the flowers have failed to open and others looked well past their best,”

“On the website it said that if you put a code in you could get some free chocolates. The code didn't work but I paid the £3 anyway. The flowers arrived but no chocolate”

“I would have given 5 stars as the flowers are gorgeous. Unfortunately DPD decided to just leave the package on the doorstep which is right on the pavement. Didn’t wait for them to answer the door. It’s a long row of terraces. Luckily no one took it but they might not be so lucky next time.”

“My daughter says the flowers are lovely. I am disappointed that having ordered them eight days before her birthday they didn't arrive on the day of her birthday. She lives in Jersey and I thought your company was based there so don't understand why they were not delivered in time.”

“Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were bedraggled. However, contact resulted in an apology and a fresh bunch of flowers was sent. This was good though the box was dented”

“My Christmas order was delivered on time but, unfortunately, was not the gift I had purchased from the website - hence three stars only this time. FF customer service speedily resolved the issue the same day. Although this was not the usual successful scenario I have always had when ordering from FF previously, I was pleased by the speed and helpful way the order issue was sorted out (particularly so close to Christmas) and would happily continue to order via FF in the future.”

“Boxed flowers arrived with two of eight rose heads off, which took shine off, however recipient said flowers were fresh and arrived on correct day. Shame, could have happened in transit!”

“flowers ok but cost has risen largely compared to supermarket flowers. Its very costly now for us OAPs so with current climate I have used you for years, I will have to renegotiate prices in the new year”

“The bouquet wasn't as listed on the website. Instead of 4 carnations there were 4 roses and there were supposed to be 4 alstroemeria but I could only see 2. I did send an email last Wednesday but haven't had a reply.”
