Flowers were not delivered until day after requested date. When received some of flowers had wilted.

No problem with ordering or delivery but flowers were almost dead on delivery. Complaint and a refund was dealt with promptly.

Flowers were delayed due to postal strike so not as fresh as they could have been. Not your fault but the missing card / message I think is, so not as good as it should have been.

Flowers ok. Roses were drooping on arrival, some recovered, some didn’t.

Ordered 2 lots of flowers on a Saturday evening. One arrived on Monday, but the other has still not arrived! Down to Royal Mail 🙁. My Mum now has no flowers for Christmas.

I cannot fault the delivery which was delivered on the day specified but was very disappointed with the flowers, the poor Roses looked dead although they did perk up a little after a drink of water the next day they were drooping again and have stayed that way since, one of the stems of Eucalyptus was brown and brittle, I cannot see these lasting very long so a bit disappointed. Delivery excellent.

No email sent prior to delivery, despite saying the company would let me know when the flowers were on their way. No notification of delivery either. Had to chase Flying Flowers - lady who replied to my email didn't call me by my name either and was chatting to someone else who seemed to have the same problem as me. Not sure if I'd use them again.

The flowers arrived upside down. One or two were Brocken. My cousin didn’t want to make fuss as the weather was bad & the roads difficult for the drivers but the box shouldn’t be delivered upside down. A bit disappointed

FLOWERS WERE GREAT, PROCESS WAS FINE, BUT THE FLOWERS WERE LEFT ON THE BACK STEP OF THE HOUSE WHICH ISN'T IN USE SO NOT FOUND ON THE BIRTHDAY THEY WERE DELIVERED FOR.... NO CARD TO SAY THEY WERE... APPRECIATE IT'S DOWN TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY BUT IT'S ALL PART OF THE PACKAGE

My daughter-in-law sent a photo of the flowers, which did not look as lovely as the picture from which I ordered. Disappointing, as I am usually pleased with Flying Flowers.
