If I could make it minus one star I would I ordered flowers for a dear friend’s 80th birthday. Ordered on 11June and promised delivery for 14June. No flowers have been delivered although the money was taken from my bank account. I have now written 3 emails, both to Flying Flowers and Interflora but have received no response. Seems impossible to speak to anyone on the telephone and live chat does not seem to be working. I will never deal with either of these companies again. Back to Bloom & Wild or Serenata Disgusted customer

Lazy delivery - flowers just left outside closed exterior gate - no attempt made to contact recipient - box only discovered later by visitor to property later in the day

Disgraceful for £30!! Would have got much nicer at the supermarket, arrived Saturday,petals dropped sunday and dead by monday.i,ll never buy from this company !!!

My order was delivered in a box with nothing to protect the roses. No means of keeping them hydrated during transit either. I couldn't believe that they were just placed in a cardboard box without even a paper wrap around them. Although I requested delivery on Thursday 4th. July. They weren't delivered until Saturday the 6th, July. Very disappointed with your 'service' . You have reimbursed the cost, for which I thank you, but I'm afraid you have lost me as a customer.

Terrible. I ordered a £40.00 bouquet. The bouquet that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the photo that I had selected. I hoped that maybe there were a lot of unopened buds, but after 3 days, there was just a load of greenery and very few flowers. It was certainly not worth £40.00 and I have bought flowers online many many times. Terribly disappointed. Feel as though I have been conned.

Couldn’t order flowers wanted so had to order something else & then didn’t arrive on day or next day so way past occasion wanted them to mark!! I asked for refund & you were quick to act, refunding money in full, which was appreciated. However, I wouldn’t be happy to order again, as couldn’t rely on flowers arriving when needed!!! They eventually arrived, but most of them dead & were not what had ordered as my second choice, so again another disappointment; very poor.

the flowers were so poor I was ashamed of them when I saw what they looked like. They looked like a bunch of weeds from a field. I would never use this company again. The only good part was that they were delivered promptly.

Flowers for Mother’s Day arrived on Wed.? Consisted of 4 roses and random flowers. When opened 1 rose was so wilted that it came off in my hand by Sat. I had no roses left. I have retained them should you wish to se or have me post them back to you. I had to grit my teeth and say they were beautiful when my daughter phoned. How disappointing, talk about a hard neck. Shame on you.

The recipient liked the flowers, saying that they were lovely. The issue I have is the delivery wording, which to me was deceptive. I ordered the flowers on the basis of advertised 'free next day delivery'. This turned out to be free after a date several weeks hence, not your typical description of 'next day' delivery. In fact I was so disappointed that the 'get well' flowers would not arrive in good time that I drove 100 miles (each way) to visit and take a plant. Hence the low star rating. I will not order from you again.

Flowers didn't reach the person on day requested.when she did get them they were withered. Contacted you and you plan to send a replacement but not sure when this will be as its going to a school teacher.

I made a complaint with regards to my sister flowers, wrong order, you sent me another for compensation, just spoke to my mother, sylvie Nunes, and she did not get the order I placed for her, one with blue flowers etc, she 90 yrs old, she received one with white and yellow flowers? I will send you the order reference number etc.

Although a full refund was given the flowers arrived by DPD on valentines day and clearly were not fresh to the extent some had deteriorated very badly. The ribbon i paid extra for was detached and the meaning of valentines day was lost

The flowers were eventually delivered by DPD on SATURDAY 20 January instead of the 18 January, this I appreciate was not your fault but that of your courier. However as this was a 94th birthday gift to my sister who is in a nursing home I was very disappointed for her sake - she is unable to contact me so probably thought I had forgotten her birthday, I just hope the flowers were still alive when received !
