The flowers that were received were not the flowers ordered. I ordered the Deluxe Joyful Blush. What arrived was a much smaller bouquet that bore no resemblance to the Deluxe Joyful Blush. Had what I ordered not been available, I would have expected a substitute that was at least of equivalent quality and size. I am very disappointed.

Wrong colour of flowers sent Then the stems were cut so short the flowers were actually in the water in the vase. .Flying flowers absolutely massacred these flowers - for two bunches - at a Huge cost of £54 Shameful and totally unprofessional. No respect for the flowers or the customer.

Email arrived approximately 8am informing myself the flowers were out for delivery. 8 + hours later the flowers arrived after being in a van all day. On opening the box I found the flowers in a sorry state and still 3 day's later still the same state. In the bin. I received my money back but nothing for the inconvenience especially as the flowers were to my wife for our Ruby anniversary. I'll certainly remember this experience.

Ordered flowers 10 days early for a special anniversary for the 19th June still waiting for a delivery! To day is the 22nd June. So not impressed and want be using this company again . So maybe 1 star

Very disappointed ordered 1 week before delivery required and i know it can be a 2 day window but i think that is poor service.
