Flowers arrived with some missing which was a great disappointment as they were a gift. Customer service were very good and gave me a full refund.

Dreadful this is the third time you failed to deliver on time and this time you didn’t deliver at all. Returned my money. Never using you again !

Unfortunately, the flowers arrived dead and smashed. I am very disappointed with the lack of care for my purchase. I am seriously frustrated with my experience, and I doubt I will ever do business with Flying Flowers again. I will certainly not recommend your service.

The flower was not in good condition and there wasn't enough flowers. Really disappointed.

Flowers arrived a day late and were very dehydrated and looking very sorry for themselves, the text on the card was also very poor, I will be making a formal complaint.

Brought for my other half and had half of the bunch of flowers then the picture they were all bent as I did have them delivered and some were dead not the best way to spend £46 they are starting to look a bit better as they are blossoming but I still have half the bunch that I should. Wasn’t impressed in all honesty

The lowers I ordered were for Valentines Day. they were a bunch of red Roses. when they arrived they were in a very poor state. at least x2 were dead and completely bent over. the others were terribly shrivelled. we added the packet provided to revive them, and left them a couple of days. it did not work and the bunch was of a very poor quality and nothing like the picture shown in your advertising. overall it was totally disappointing and just not acceptable. I will never use your service angain and would ask that you rmove my details from your records.

2 roses already past best, lasted 1 day. 2 more lasted 3 days. Very disappointed to give to my wife for Valentines day. Sorry already discarded dead flowers so now no photo possible. Yours Gordon Hallett.

Ordered flowers for valentines day to be delivered. Could not believe it when they did not arrive totally ruining valentines day. After several attempts to contact the company they finally responded to my email admitting that it was their fault and would be refunding my money. On this performance I could not possibly recommend using them. Poor performance, poor response time.

Flying flowers must be the out and out worst company that has been my misfortune to use,if you try to contact them reference a problem you will be sadly disappointed,I have recently purchased and paid for a bouquet of 24 roses,I ordered 4 days prior to my delivery day and requested delivery on the 3 rd day,non arrival of order,when they did arrive on the day after why was I not surprised that only 18 roses were delivered and three of those were damaged,I have tried to contact someone to no avail,I suggest you avoid this company like the plague,Colin Roberts

The flowers were ordered for some really dear friends wedding anniversary. I am abroad and couldn't be with them. The flowers arrived so badly bashed about that only half survived. My order number was 70022400001 it was delivered to a house in Mevagissey PL26 6UZ . I would appreciate some comment before I order with you again. Many thanks

Ordered flowers for mums 80th Birthday. I didnt appreciate I when ordered for free delivery it wouldn't come on time for birthday. It doesn't say that you need to pay for delivery to get it on day required. Flowers came a day late.

My flowers didn’t arrive at my friend’s house. When I sent an email to query where they were, I was told my order had been cancelled and refunded. I explained that I didn’t want this - I wanted the flowers to be delivered asap. I received the reply that it was too late and the order had been cancelled so I would have to try again and make an new order! I will not be using this website again.
