Only today, I have been told the plant was not delivered as booked. The element of surprise vanished when it was collected from the postoffice. Terrible!!

Avoid this company! No plant was delivered. My seriously ill friend is left without a gift, and the response was "Please be assured that this has been noted and is being addressed." oh well, that's okay then! Informing me you had no intention of sending it, and refunding me in time to buy another gift would be better!!!

The recipient, an elderly lady, reported the flowers to be wilted, 2 stems broken. She did not have the technology to take a photograph. Very Disappointing as I have used your service many times, and have never been let down before. Order no FF 70019462501. BROCKWAY

Ordered well in advance for a special birthday. They did not arrive on the given date. Contacted flying flowers/interflora who claimed only 93% can be guaranteed for the delivery date. Looked at reviews and lo and behold there are any number of people who have had exactly the same experience. Seems like a lame excuse to me. Don't waste your time or money. Suport any local florist but these.

Flowers arrived dead at my Aunt's Care Home which is 50 miles away so I can't send photos, however, Flying Flowers have promised to send a replacement.

I contacted the company via email and chat to delay my order as 15mins after placing my order after I found my friend had been rushed into hospital so asked to delay the delivery but I was told the order had been placed and I later found it had been left on the doorstep. I feel this was an inappropriate and unsatisfactory conclusion. A Very Disappointing experience.

I ordered these initially to be told they may not get delivered guaranteed on the day I required so I asked for it to be a day earlier - these were only discovered at the door because someone visited - when opened they looked in a sorry state am very disappointed with them

Flowers never got delivered, I received my money back but I didn’t ask for that, if you’re going to refund me then I do still expect the flowers to be delivered! Will probably never order from this company again absolutely disgusting help. I can’t answer any of these further questions as the delivery never happened in the first place

The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the correct day despite paying for next day delivery, had to complain twice, finally delivered 4 days later. Totally unsatisfactory. Was my daughters anniversary. Will not be ordering with you again.

Flowers did not arrive on the requested day for which I had paid for courier service. That night I tried to find out where they were. The next day I had an apology but no option to have them delivered a day late. They never arrived.

Usually delivery is on time but since Flying Flowers changed to Amazon Delivery, timing is not so good. My delivery was delayed for a day and so flowers suffered - very disappointed Flying Flowers should return to Post Office delivery - more reliable

it was important for the flowers to be received on the booked and designated date. The recipient is extremely ill and time mattered. The flowers were eventually received a day or so later. The timing mattered and the delivery date when the flowers were received was eventually on an inconvenient day. I was sent a photo of them and they looked very much the worse for wear. In addition I was offered a 15% reduction in the price of £30 - but your system would not process the reduction. Given the sad circumstances and the need for speed it was important to send them - but your company was failing to accept telephone calls to resolve this despite being in working hrs. I have sent many bunches of flowers with your company in the last 10 months but am very disappointed to have been let down so badly this time. I expect to receive an apology and a refund for the £4.50 (15%), in addition to compensation for this situation. Mrs H Mann (hmdollshouse@yahoo.co.uk)

Always given a good service in the past. Won't be using again due to flowers for a very important birthday didn't turn up. No explanation given but was given a refund. Sorry flying flowers you were very disappointing.
