The delivery man sent me a picture of my Aunt's Flower's being left at her BACK DOOR HE SAID.....SHE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HER BACK DOOR EVER!!!! I WAS VERY CONCERNED AS TO WHERE HE HAD LEFT THEM.... I HAD TO PHONE HER TO ASK IF SHE EVER RECEIVED THEM.... I'M NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE.

I always order with Flying Flowers, mostly online. Always reliable with fresh, lovely flowers. Cannot answer the following as no comeback as yet. Sent flowers to new home. Probably very busy sorting themselves out. Can answer NOW as I have heard that the flowers arrived exactly on time and were brilliant. Recipients were thrilled with them.

As you can see from the picture, the flowers when delivered were very dehydrated and even if in good condition would bear no resemblance to the picture as advertised which showed a beautiful bouquet of Alstromeria. We are all very disappointed with the “flowers”

Delivery was prompt but the flowers were basically dead. !!!!! Very wilted ..... as they were a birthday gift for my elderly mum we were sorely disappointed. Unfortunately we will not be using flying flowers again Regards A speak

received some flowers for my birthday and the quality was shocking and very over priced. The 3 sunflowers in it all had rotten stems right by the heads so were fit only for the bin as they just fell off when put in a vase.. I would like to post the photos but it wont allow me too.. Will never use this company myself thats for sure.

The flowers delivered were nothing like the flowers ordered. Instead of £22.99 paid the quality of the bunch received was equivalent to a £5 bunch from a garage. Very reluctant to use again

I never made an order, I never received an order. The only things I actually received were about 5 emails about nothing and a request for a review about a non existent transaction.

Ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday. Arrived on time but unfortunately the flowers were all limp and bent in half Disappointed as have used this company before, but full refund given

The bouquet was quite different to that in the image - absolutely no irises were delivered and no replacement was sent for these

Although the flowers arrived when they said they would, they weren't what was ordered ,and no free chocolates. My sister is allergic to Tulips and because they weren't what I ordered there were Tulips in the bouquet

I ordered flowers to be delivered Monday 4th didn't arrive I emailed. They refunded my money . Not what I wanted . I alsi ordered a card to go with them, so now she has no card and no flowers
