“Flowers were wilted on arrival and did not really recover well despite placing in water immedialty on receipt. Boquet nowhere near as impressive as website suggests. Will not be using this company again.”

“The flowers were, I'm told, lovely and very much appreciated. However, the delivery was not. My friend lives in a block of flats; the flowers were left outside the block, no attempt was made to ring the flat for entry. Any passing person could have picked them up. Luckily, the caretaker spotted them and delivered them. Please raise this with the courier company.”

“Despite me contacting you, I have no idea whether the flowers reached their destination, to an elderly, slightly deaf relative, 200 miles from me! I received an email saying that they had been delivered, and left in the front porch, but the attached photo was a black square! So I don't even know if it was her house!!”

“My nan didn’t see the flowers tucked behind the pot until a neighbour found them two days later. Unfortunately it was a lot of money that got wasted so am more sad than anything that she didn’t get to enjoy them at all.”

“When flowers arrived at my sisters for her birthday heads were broken off some flowers all others half dead and drooping I have emailed you twice and sent photos a week ago today on the 15th of Jan but no reply was going to get some for my friend this week as used you before I won't make that mistake again”
