The flowers are not a high quality - half appear dead/droopy. Would have been very very unhappy if I paid full price, but don’t even think they were worth the discounted amount

I've used Flying Flowers many times happily and without incident but after sending a bouquet to my cousin last week was very disappointed when she told me they'd arrived half-dead. She did as advised and placed them in water and trimmed the stems but they only rallied a little. I sent a message to Flying Flowers a few days ago but they haven't bothered to answer me. I'll think twice before I order from them again.

Website status was out of date. Flowers went out for delivery at 8:00am on a Monday but were not delivered until 1:00pm on a Tuesday.

Flowers were delivered in a poor state and second bunch was a little better but again roses very poor I have put on first bunch then second bunch photo of these They were for anniversary for my daughter

Disappointed they did not arrive on the day requested. Main point is that some of the flowers were mouldy - just one type. The rest were fine and look nice. My daughter sent the attached photos. Not your usual standard!

Ordered 15 October for delivery 22 October. Received email confirming our for delivery only to find out that they are not being delivered until 27 October. 5 days after my daughter's birthday. Following complaint got my money refunded. Not impressed

The delivery came on the right day but because the courier left it OUTSIDE my elderly mother's porch (and didn't bother ringing the bell), she did not discover it until very late in the evening when a relative popped round and saw it. Had that not happened, my mum would not have received them on her birthday. Needless to say, they weren't looking their best when opened.

Ordered three bouquets The roses in two of them were very droopy and haven’t recovered The Altromeria bouquet was splendid They were gifts so have no photographs

Flowers were dying Chat line was not working!!! Phone line would ring once and then stop!! Phone-in would then say it's an incorrect number Just terrible after sales service

I wasn’t happy with the delivery of my flowers. The flowers were lovely but they were not delivered until 7-45 in the evening. That was not good as she went out in the evening and they were left in the porch. Yours sincerely. J calver.

Flowers left on doorstep instead of through letter box. Office closed that day and by next morning had sadly vanished. Consequently not received.

Not as good as usual which was a disappointment as they were for my wife's birthday. There was supposed to be 3 Orange Germini but there wasn't any and also the 3 Orange Roses dropped from the start.

I order some letterbox flowers and what were delivered were completely different flowers than what had ordered I was not a happy customer, however on the positive, my complaint was dealt with swiftly

Arrived on time, unpacked and the flowers looked very floppy. Although the leaflet said a pouch was attached, there wasn't. After a day 20% were thrown away, the remaining survivors are OK after 5 days. Disappointed.

Lots of flower to choose from in different sizes. Reasonably priced and quick delivery. The only down side is the flowers didn't last long. The recipient of the flowers said that they were droopy on delivery and petals started to drop of after a couple of days. Although reasonably priced it still cost over £20 for flowers that only lasted a few days.

Disappointing bouquet for the price - very small - similar bunch in supermarket would cost £10-12. This was nearly £30 - large excess just for the convenience of delivery

Sadly for first time, flowers were damaged on arrival, several stocks broken stems, iris brown discoloured and never opened
