Previously had good bouquets with you but this time very disappointing. The yellow tulips failed within 2 days , never even opened the stems collapsed and the leaves turned black and “gooey”.the other flowers were of similar poor quality and didn’t last a week.not had this happen before so am at a loss as to why this bouquet was such poor quality .

I was shopping through a number of companies and came to you for the 'Worth', but it appears I would have been better off getting fewer flowers for the same price as the flowers that came (roses) were rather small, unlike your competitors, (the competitors site showed the type of rose) I couldn't see that with this site. It's something to improve - but the site itself was easy to navigate, just underwhelmed with the smaller roses.

I’ve not seen the flowers as they were delivered to a friend. They were out for delivery at the correct time but delivered a day late which meant they missed her birthday and would have been without water for an additional 24 hours reducing their life.

As advised on our website, our postal deliveries have a 95% chance of arriving on the date requested or a small chance of being delivered the next working day. The reason that I have given this mark is that I made a mistake with the house number. When I rang two or three days before delivery to report this I was told that it would be corrected. I was not advised that it was too late to change this However I also alerted the recipient, and sure enough, they had to retrieve the parcel. I thought I had given enough notice for the address to be updated although I freely admit that the error was mine on the orignal order

I was disappointed to hear that of the three small potted plants making up my order, one had fallen out of its pot, looked poorly and the recipient had to re-pot it to get it to survive! Previously I have been very happy with Flying Flowers gifts I have sent and would readily have recommended them.

Hi Keith, Unfortunately we are unable to track our postal delivered items. Our postal deliveries have a 90% chance of arriving on the date requested or a small chance of being delivered the next working day. Deliverer did not ring doorbell and recipient was in. Recipient had to collect the flowers.

The recipient was disappointed with the poor quality of the flowers and had to bin most of them. I have been in contact with you and you are going to refund the cost to me. This is the first time that my order has not been good and is not up to your usual standard.

I am usually very happy with flying flowers, but the flowers you delivered recently to Mrs Mary Cooke were of very poor quality so much so that she phoned me to complain about them. I was obviously very disappointed. I have in fact placed an order this morning and trust that they will be of your usual quality

Flowers were nice but were delivered the day after her birthday and the free box of chocolate were so tiny they contained 3 sweets.

Although my delivery was for last Monday and I received a phone call to say no Monday deliveries, so I opted for Tuesday, it has not arrived yet. My second order for another one for my aunt was due to be delivered today and that has not arrived yet either. This is very unusual as have had no problems in the past with any orders.

Bought 2 lots of flowers 1 for my mum 1 for my wife. firstly the flowers my wife were pretty good however most of the greenery was limp and mostly dead. My mum's was really disappointing! Happy birthday mum! Roses that brown and withered. Only fit for the bin. Did get a full refund for my wife so far, but its not the point the moments passed. Poor poor poor.

I ordered in plenty of time and flowers arrived 3 days late,they also looked half dead,WONT be ordering from flying flowers again. I did complain and was given the full amount back though.

the flowers i ordered for my sister were brown on the edges and rose was dry and mouldy so another bunch was sent out which were not much better so very dissapointing my sister has said not to use you no more but it must only be in scotland as the other bunches which i have sent have always been beautiful

Very disappointed as flowers on arrival looked ‘droopy’ and one of the roses had broken off. Also there were some dead leaves amongst the flowers. Not your usual standard as I have ordered from you for a number of years!
