After receiving an email from you promoting Easter with free Lindt chocolate rabbits with code HAPPY EASTER, I decided to order some for my Mum as she will be on her own at Easter, as my Dad is unfortunately ill in hospital. There was nowhere to enter a promotion code when placing the order so I emailed straight away, asking for them to be included, as per your email. I was told it was too late as the order had already been passed to the supplier! Don’t advertise promotions that you can’t deliver. Not very good customer service.

Nobody responds to emails quick enough. Did a live chat this morning telephone handler changed the date for me to flowers to be delivered tomorrow however just received email saying DPD will deliver 8th April! This is too late!! Now no option for live chat - I need to get this sorted now - way too stressful will not be using flying flowers again!

Your flowers are usually perfect however this order was disappointing but you have refunded the money and I have sent flowers from another supplier.

Genuinely very disappointed with the size and presentation of this bouquet, when taking into account the money paid for it. Feel like I've been ripped off. Flowers were not wilted, and delivery was quick, but the product itself just doesn't seem worth value for money

Bad mix up with flowers.couldn't supply original order and replace with coral carnation.plus chocolates.bunch delivered was not carnation but a mixture of odd flowers.and no chocs.e mailed and got promise of total refund and apologies.good enough and quick response.

Although ordering and delivery was excellent.! We ordered 2 deliveries for Mother’s Day and the actual flowers that arrived were very small and not good value for money I paid £35 and £50 per bouquet and both were much smaller than they looked online. The actual flowers were nice but not many of them and looked more like shop bought flowers than a special delivery. A bit disappointing.

The service and delivery were fantastic, however was disappointed with the flowers that arrived as I was expecting them to be a bigger bunch given the price and the “25% extra”.

Not up to the usual standard we have come to expect after previous orders, feel these were not good value for the money. Flocks already had shrivelled leaves & dropping flower heads. Tulips very droopy & have taken more TLC than one would expect to make them survive. Very disappointed as these were part of a birthday gift for my wife.

Sadly my 93 year old mother only received her Mother’s Day flowers today pm instead of Saturday , and they had been too long in delivery so were half dead. I guess that’s nobody’s fault , but sad non the less. Ann.

I ordered flowers for the Thursday and mum receivedmthem on the Friday the poor flower which were tulips were all wilted. Not what I expected

I ordered a bouquet of flowers by looking at the image but the flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered. I could have picked up a lesser priced bouquet from asda that looked better.

I submitted an order for a bunch of tulipsfor my daughters birthday which included a free box of chocs. Whem making payment the chocs were not shown I called your Chat Line and was told it was too late to attach the missing item to the order ! Very disappointed I had only placed the orcer about 10mins before contacting you. Poor customer service !!!

Previously ordered from these approx 2 years ago got a lovely bunch of flowers delivered. This time I was very disappointed, ordered my mum for her wedding anniversary and they were not at all like I expected. I did complain and got 50% refund but I will not be ordering again.
