the flowers that i ordered did not arrive on the day they arrived on the 19 nov when it should have been 18 nov

I ordered two lots of flowers by mistake.I did send a message straight away for one to be cancelled but it was too late.As it turned out the poor quality of the flowers needed there to be two to make a decent display.£48 is a lot of money for what was delivered. My daughter in law was also a little disappointed.Needless to say I would not order again

Hi Patricia Thanks for your review. I am sorry we were unable to stop your duplicate order being processed by our suppliers. I am also sorry you were disappointed with the flowers received. The items are made to a specific recipe which is advised on the product page of our website and the flowers will arrive in bud. All feedback is used to help us improve our service in future. There was nothing wrong with flowers. My complaint is with Royal Mail who attempted delivery at 7.25 am ,rapped the door once and was off before I could get to upstairs window, far less door. Went to depot at 10.15 that morning but it closed at 10.00. No opening times were printed on card. I had to go there to read notice on door. Eventually picked flowers up following morning. They survived fairly welliren

In the past I have always been delighted wth Flying Flowers, but I was disappointed with my last orders. Despite receiving a message that the two orders were out for delivery, I did not get a confirmation that they had been received and I am still waiting for a reply to two emails sent two days ago asking for this confirmation. I can’t contact the recipients as the flowers were sent because of bereavements and I don;t want to worry them. Communication is not what it used to be.

Flowers are fine, but the ordering and delivery process was not so good. It wasn't clear to this 50-years of using computers pesos that he flowers were going to be delivered to me (instead of the intended recipient), and despite getting in touch straight away, the order had been completed within 2 minutes - speedy - but no time for changes. (Another supplier explicitly gives an hour to change things; yet another has a much clearer end webpage detailing what is to happen and allows for easy checking of the important facts - who to; who from; message, date, payment method, payment amount.)

Ordered flowers as a gift on a Thurs for Fri delivery, unfortunately they did not show up. Waited until Sunday and as they still hadn’t showed I sent an email to Flying Flowers asking for an explanation as to what has happened and a full refund. They did reply to me within half an hour with an apology and advising I would receive a full refund, although I still didnt know what happened to my flowers. They did consequently turn up on Monday but they were not in a good way and only one or two were rescuable. I am hoping this was just a one off, and due to how they responded to my complaint I would consider using them again in the future.

The flowers arrived in good condition but, in spite of caring for them they died in less than a week. They were sent to cheer my daughter up and she was very disappointed.

I have ordered from you many times, but I am disappointed this time. I ordered two bouquets from you on 4th October, one to be delivered 10th October and one to be delivered today (12th). Neither have been delivered.

Disappointed with this purchase compared to previous ones. Box was very battered and flowers were a little damaged and very sad. They have revived but still somewhat sad. I suspect the damage was done in transit but never the less they did not look good on opening.

After me giving a five star which I still give but after talking to my friend she said that the delivery driver threw the flowers into the house as the doors where open luckily the flowers were damage 🥵

Sadly the courier delivering did not ring the doorbell. My surprise gift ended up with a sorry we missed you call and my friend needing to track and locate her own flowers.
