Would not buy again. Delivery was late. Arrived the 28th which was a day after her birthday. Would have liked them on the 26th at least they would have been there on day if her birthday. I felt I ordered them in time for 26th.

Thanks for the opportunity to review. The delivery and purchase process was very good. However, when my mum showed me the flowers they were a lot smaller and nothing like the picture. Of course they are only buds at the moment and will bloom but the entire bouquet lacked the body and size of the picture.

Having received flowers through flying flowers and being so pleased with the quality I was very disappointed to see just a few stems and the roses wilted when my friend received them sadly

wasnt happy with flowers. more greenery. than flowers. on my visit to see mun 2 day the flowers was in a poor state.nearly dead to b honest .very unhappy with them .

Flowers were lovely, but order came with a vase, due to poor packaging, single layer of bubble wrap, nothing on the inside of the vase to help prevent breakage and the box was too large so it was inevitable that it was never going to arrive in one piece, it was completely smashed upon delivery, very dangerous to open with shards of glass everywhere. Customer service were very quick to respond with a solution. Unless packaging is improved, I unfortunately would not order again.

Extremely disappointed at only receiving six flowers and a small amount of greenery for £19.00, the flowers were of excellent quality and arrived in perfect condition, I understand that packaging and postage have to be included in the cost, but it was very embarrassing being in the presence of the lady receiving them when they arrived.

I was very disappointed with the flowers as they were for a 60th birthday. The advertised picture had so many freesias but when they arrived to my friend there were only one or two stems of those. The other flowers were nice and the amount there should have been. Thank goodness my friend sent me a photo to say thank you. I was horrified when I saw it. I had also paid extra for delivery on a set day and that was prompt. Flying flowers were very good. It was Sunday but still I got an answer to my email within a few hours with an apology, plus they gave me a small refund. Thank you for that.

The flowers I ordered were disappointing nothing like the picture, very droopy went onto chat and I was promised another box would be sent nothing as yet I hope that the second lot are not bad as well, I always used to use flying flowers, definitely much better then than now if the second lot are not good I shall be contacting you again Suzanne Porton

Hi. I am very sorry to say that my friend was most disappointed with the condition of the flowers she received. I appreciate that you replaced them but it saddens me that as special birthday present was a disappointment, especially since the flowers I have sent in the past have come up to expectations. This is the second time I have been disappointed in my purchase with you. Last year they were fantastic and great value for money - this year really pore. the last ones I ordered looked like a poor petrol station purchase!

For the price i wad extremely disappointed, where the advert said 25% more flowers i thaught a bargain, butbif you took 25% away from the arrangement they would be less of a bunch and more of a cupple of flowers. Id nit recomend this service nor would i use your service again.
