Flowers did not look like the picture, and also a different type of flower in among the roses. Picture showed all roses.

The flowers were ok but I could have got much better from my local Asda and the 3 chocolates I paid extra for were a complete waste of money the only reason I’ve given 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were delivered on the day I asked for so if you could refund the amount I paid I would be appreciated

Delivery was fantastic, on time but for the price very disappointed, the flowers were worth about £5 and nothing like the picture

Very disappointed delivery did not arrive on the day- should have been Monday, arrived at 2.45pm on Tuesday by Post not by courier as specified on your order acknowledgement. I understand the recipient was pleased with the bouquet but delivery not as promised and why do your dates say delivery free when you then make a charge which is fine it delivery was adhered to.

The flowers were acceptable but I had been offered a code for free chocolates, which was used, but no chocolates were sent with the flowers. Very disappointing. I hope that you will rectify this.

Unfortunately the anniversary bouquet (bouquet of the month - beautiful!) arrived a day late. Disappointing. I will not use Flying Flowers again as it is the second time in two weeks that delivery has not gone according to plan. FF, if you can’t deliver in time or omit to deliver the extras ordered, do not take orders.

This was my second order, the last one was lovely, lasted well. I received the lilac bouquet on Wednesday, put them straight into water with the food, by Thursday afternoon the stocks had wilted and drooping, dropping petals everywhere, smelt divine but looked a bit of a mess.

I ordered the flowers two days before the date they were needed and they were a day late. I did not find that acceptable. I was told by your company that it’s Royal mails fault. You give a calendar with the date you want them to be delivered so you aught to make sure they get there for that date you requested, otherwise state that they won’t be there on that date. I had my cousin looking in bins on his drive to see if they had put them in there. The site I usually use are always delivered on the day requested Apparently the flowers were beautiful
