Bit disappointed with the bunch of flowers. Alstroemerias were floppy and only one rose.

Not wonderfully happy to be honest! Whilst I appreciate that in the current circumstances it may be more difficult to obtain certain flowers, I would have thought that you would do your best to obtain like for like ! The flowers that arrived were missing both the Pistache and the Wax flowers, I cant be certain that they were missing others as the photo I was sent is not all that clear. A spray of gypsophila had been substituted for the wax flower and a large quantity of much bigger green leaves which looked they had been used as padding instead of the smaller more delicate pistache. Both of these are much cheaper than the original intended flowers and looked it. I have never had cause to complain about your service before but there is always a first time. Happy to send you the photo of the bouquet received by my friend !

I have sent four bouquets to family / friends since March. 1.The flowers for Mrs Barry following her husband and within 8 days her mother's deaths arrived dead. These you replaced but it was a very upsetting experience. 2. The flowers for my niece Ms. Sally Probett were fine and she was very pleased with them. 3. The flowers for Mrs M. Box arrived late, with broken stems, and the gel went all over her work surface. 4. The sunflowers for Mr. & Mrs Rubery were lovely. Only 50% success!

Unfortunately flowers arrived 2 days late and wilted within another 2 days. They looked nice initially, but not the gift I was hoping for.

Friends sent flowers as a 20th wedding anniversary gift. They arrived a day late and in poor condition. Our friends were surprised to hear when the flowers turned up. We didn't tell them that they were not in good condition as we didn't want to upset them. Only one rose fully opened and various other flowers were damaged by water and gel or broken. Although some of the more hardy flowers perked up I feel that more should have lasted longer than 4 days in a cool room! I would not recommend.

Not impressed.Flowers were o k but delivered 2 days late apparently. I shall not order from you again even though u delivered another order on time three days before.

Email confirmed that delivery would be made on the date I requested which should have been Thursday 18th June. The flowers were not delivered until Saturday 20th which was very disappointing. I realise these are difficult times but the flowers delivered seemed short of the photo on the website. Sorry to complain but previously have found the service to have been 5 stars.

I have ordered a bunch of roses and what I have received was very different from the picture so I was a bit disappointed. The Flowers were nice but not what I have ordered.

We have always used Flying Flowers and found them to be a most reliable company. The flowers are always beautiful and turn up on the date required.

This review is based purely on the more than poor response I had to an email that hadn’t even been read and it wasn’t a long email I sentnat that. I do hope Conor Sealey Customer Care at Flying Flowers takes a little more time to read customers emails before firing off reply’s that have not answered the senders original email. I will not be using Flying Flowers again as they only lasted five days and not seven. I should have gone to M&S.

Ordered 2 bouquets (after being told the date chosen was acceptable) and only 1 was delivered. Emailed FF only to be told that they were not delivered "due to technical issues"!!!! If they weren't going to be deliverable on that day....why initially say they would be? Because of Covid-19 I wasn't able to fly over to see my sisters so the flowers were to arrive on the day I was meant to arrive.......😢

The flowers arrived two days late by Royal Mail, and several stems were broken, and they all looked in a sorry state. I thought they were being delivered by courier as we paid an extra £6 for it. We wanted the larger box of chocolates but the site would not allow us to click on it.
