“so far she loves them, I wasn't expecting them to be in a box, also I ordered these flowers with chocolates and my mum never received them.”

“The normal excellent standard of Flying Flowers slipped with this order. This was a birthday gift and unfortunately (and unusually) it arrived a day late despite the fact that an email stated it was out for delivery. Several of the flowers had past their best and obviously suffered in transit.”

“Very disappointed with this company. Ordered delivery but 3 days later they still haven’t been delivered. Have emailed twice only to say that although you’ve chosen a delivery date we can only guarantee 95% it will be delivered on your chosen date!!! I know things are difficult in this current times but to have your money taken and your goods you’ve ordered hasn’t transpired. Same automated email and what I can see from other reviews another generated email will be issued. It’s a shame as they were recommended but I definitely wouldn’t pass on my recommendation!”

“Asked for delivary of the 12th (sisters birthday) and they didnt turn up till the next day. Flowers were nice but shame they wernt there on the specified date”

“Very disappointed in this service. Not only did the flowers not arrive on the designated day to my recipient, but when they sent me a picture of the received bouquet I was disheartened to see the flowers weren’t quite what I expected and not to the value of the money spent. Won’t use this service again.”

“Cottage garden bouquet ordered for a birthday present. My sister in law got two other bunches of flowers off friends. She took picture of all three bunches in their separate vases. I was gutted when I saw the ones I had ordered. So disappointing. Flowers are something which should be special. I do not want any contact from flying flowers. So please do not ask me to get in touch. What is done is done.”

“Dear Flying Flowers I was very concerned that the flowers did not arrive on the specified date of 7 May, but I understand that when they did arrive they were beautiful. May I ask if you are part of Interflora? In 2015 I had a very bad leg accident and as a thank you to four particular carers, I sent them flowers via Flying Flowers (or so I thought) and they all arrived by special delivery - there was no delivery charge involved - they were all in vases and absolutely beautiful and fresh. I am concerned that this is not the case now and that these recent flowers had been in the post for several days - they were for our daughter's 30th birthday and especially poignant in these days of COVID19. I would appreciate your comments. Very many thanks Kind regards Julia Dunnicliffe”

“Disappointing sparse dead flowers on my first order. The other 2 orders passable. Tried to contact you twice using 2 different emails had no reply.Total waste of money for my 90 year old mother in law and a friend just out of hospital and a friends birthday. Never again !!”

“I adore flowers so I ordered some for myself as self isolation for all this time has been an ordeal..........I LOVED the arrangement that I chose from your on-line representation but when it arrived it looked nothing like it. I was genuinely disappointed but more for the possibility of having a new source of flowers. Sincerely, Lydia Wright”
