Spent a small fortunate on what looked to be a nice bunch of flowers. The postal service was fast and the flowers were well protected but when I opened yhe box it was a small bunch of flowers. I was expecting yo give these to a family member the very next day but by the next morning the flowers looked pathetic, small a wilted, i actually was too embarrassed to give them to my aunt i went to the local supermarket and got a bigger healthier and half the price bunch of flowers .. sorry i wont be using again ... supermarkets are much better and half the price!

Flowers arrived on time and there was great communication but, the quality of flowers for £30 was shocking. Was supposed to be 25% extra free but it looked like half a bunch that I could of got from asda for £10. The flowers stated to wilt the next day and didn't look great from the start. Wont be using flying flowers again I'm afraid.

Initially the flowers that were delivered, looked half dead. When I called to complain the agent offered to deliver a new bouquet which I agreed would be fine, on receipt of the replacement flowers it transpired that they had sent me a cheaper version of the bouquet that I had ordered!! Not very impressive, received a standard bouquet rather than a Medium version! Unimpressed..

Ordered on Monday 10th Feb, first available delivery date was Saturday 15th which I accepted due to Valentines Day. It’s now Monday 17th and still no flowers. I guess they’ll have been in transit for an extra couple of days so I’m not sure how fresh they’ll be when they eventually arrive. No way to track where they are.

My daughter was very disappointed as some flowers arrived broken and roses dying. However, Customer service was excellent.

Flowers delivered on the due date, undamaged, but very disappointed when opening the boxes to find two spindly bunches of flowers, looked nothing like the picture, as it was a special occasion I had to dash to Morris ons to buy a much bigger bunch of flowers for £8, next time I will use a local florist, not a happy customer.

i was disappointed with the flowers, to much greenery to fill it out , small amount of flowers , it was for an 88 year old lady , for her birthday , the box need not be as big as it was waste , service was good.

Wasnt as nice as the picture was on the web page to what my mum received for her 70th birthday.. When I ordered it started 100 %Extra free flowers. The photo mum sent me the extra flowers were not included . Disappointed this time with my order

I cancelled order as advertised discount of 50% was no longer available. Unfortunately cancellation notice wasn't forwarded to despatch. Very annoyed as I really couldn't afford the full price. Please correct google advert.
