There were very few yellow Rose's and the whole bouquet was dead in two day, will not be ordering again.

The flowers arrived on 21 at December as planned My daughter in law had to remove some dead flower heads on arrival and by the 23rd when I arrived there half of the flowers had died and the quantity was minimal compared with the advert we would get 25% extra On the, Christmas Eve they had to be thrown away as completely dead So dissapointing as flowers that they had bought elsewhere were on the dining table still keeping fresh today

Two orders arrived on chosen dates. Two more have not. Just had an email to say one has been cancelled for tomorrow delivery. It is now too late to get from someone else. Another due to be delivered today has not arrived. No email.

I usually order carnations for relatives at Christmas but this year splashed out on Xmas bouquets which were extremely disappointing and totally eclipsed by a bunch of flowers from Aldi for a quarter of the price.

Quality of flowers disappointing, not value for money even taking into account discount. Packing poor, strong box but contents able to rattle about in bow and as result some damage. As a first time customer very dissapionting. I have used other suppliers and my assessment is based on a comparison.

Ordered flowers for my 94 year old mum as we could not be with her for Christmas due to flu. They arrived mostly dead with heads off. I complained they replaced them but still not as the photo. Disappointed really but thanks for replacing them.

I am reviewing the Flowers I received as a gift from Mrs. Barbara Johnston of Chard, Somerset. When unpacked, they looked as if they had been in the box too long. The tulips were wilting and the greenery was all dried up. l hope the flowers I sent to her were in better condition.

I asked my daughters to send me a photo of the flowers and I have to say they are very disappointing. Not at all as the picture. Such a shame.

Flowers were delivered on time, but the lady receiving them was not happy with quality as roses did not bloom just died, not great when flowers is what you do

My granddaughter sent me flowers in November. Mostly they were dead so I complained and a replacement was sent immediately . On the basis that the poor quality was a ‘one off’ and impressed by the speedy response and apology, I sent the flowers I am reviewing. I visited the recipient the day after they were received and was appalled at the shabby look with drooping roses and limp flowers. Indeed it was embarrassing. Delivery is good but the quantity and quality of flowers is not. I will not use this company again.

Nice to deal with, UNtil you enquire how delivery went? Not good or professional customer care to be told, 1, Check with whom you sent them to/ and 2. Check with the delivery agent. I am your customer, sorry WAS. Bill. Sorry I cannot select any of the boxes below, I do not know?

Saw them at friend’s house today & was very disappointed. Didn’t look very many in the vase so were spaces in the arrangement and the flowers were already looking tired. The sunflower heads were small & not really opening. Disappointing.

It is the first time I have ordered flowers from you. As my wife usually does the ordering of flowers. But this was from me to my wife for her 70th birthday. When the flowers came we were very disappointed the roses were nearly dead. We found the box on our doorstep upside down.

Had some flowers delivered today and they were no better than service station flowers, the roses were all curling on the outer leaves and when I laid them down all the buds of one of the flowers fell off. Did contact Customer Services and they are going to replace.
