“the flowers were poor in comparison those advertised, and given the cost i paid terribly disappointed!”

“I was very disappointed with the flowers delivered to my mother. She sent me a photo of them and for nearly £20 they were extremely over priced and poor value. Delivery was on time.”

“Hello, I have always been happy with this service. However and I do realise these are difficult times. My recent order eventually arrived as had to be redirected? With the flowers there was prosecco and chocolates - but no chocolates there? I have emailed to sales enquiries and await a response. The flowers I am told are nice which is good.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion I was unsatisfied. I ordered 3 plant gifts back in March and the wrong item was sent on 2 of those occasions and just never arrived on the 3rd. Super disappointing as they were mothers day gifts, to have to ask someone if you received something and then they never do is very sad for the recipient, especially as they're an elderly lady who has been isolating alone.”

“This time I'm a bit disappointed - the key thing that makes flowers by post acceptable is getting an email or some other contact confirming that the flowers actually arrived with the recipient. I have no idea if they got there. I think some closure is needed to know whether the money spent was worth it. The recipient is not in a position to acknowledge.”

“I have used Flying Flowers many times, always to my satisfaction. This time I was very disappointed. The recipient sent me a photo. The arrangement bore little resemblance to that pictured. It was straggly and untidy and seemingly short of blooms.”
