Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of flowers and the way they were packed in a box. The flowers did not look like the ones pictured on your website.. Additionally, you have an option to pick a date for free delivery but the flowers were not delivered on that date... I am happy with the online chat customer service, how friendly and responsive the person was.

Another disappointing bouquet from Flying Flowers. The bouquet did arrive on time but was not as described & looked nothing like the photo. The roses, freesias, carnations & lilies were there but not in the numbers as stated. both the wax flowers & pistache were missing & had been replaced by a couple of sprigs go white gypsophila . I appreciate that supplies may be difficult during the Corona crisis but why not tell this when I placed the order so that I could arrange something that was in stock. During lockdown customers have no option than to buy online & I expect to get what is promised

I was very disappointed with the flowers because the flowers looked smaller than the pictures. Also, roses looked wilted. Delivery was very efficient and I was able to track the delivery

Unfortunately the arrangement I ordered for my 85 year old friend for her birthday didn’t arrive on the day I had requested. It was delivered a day late. I was very disappointed as I’ve been ordering flowers from Flying Flowers for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with their service.

Very disappointed, the Fresias did not come out but all just died. And not at all happy with the carnations. The order arrived a day late. So just a complete waste of money.

Flowers that were delivered did not meet expectations and did not represent the selling photograph. Several types of flowers missing. Lovely fresh quality of those received but lesser value than paid.

Wrong flowers delivered plus 2 days late and damaged so not happy although recieved refund would still have liked areplacement sent to our friends for their anniversary as a gesture

Flowers were very good but delivered the wrong date and no reply to our E-mail when we notified you of wrong delivery having paid extra for the correct day delivery.

I ordered next day postal delivery late on Thursday evening, didnt arrive on Friday for my friend's birthday, i emailed and was told that I had missed the cut off time for next day delivery - fair enough. But they did not arrive on Saturday or Monday. Cannot call due to Coronavirus?? Surely working from home entails answering the phone. I have emailed customer care but not had reply yet. My friends birthday was Friday so its a bit useless if they arrive any later now. I would just like a refund. Just for the record i have been happy with previous orders and would still order again.

Did not arrive on time quality poor. Usually very good service very disappointed with this order. Especially in this difficult time wanted to put a smile with flowers.

I asked for my flower order to be delivered on Saturday 23rd but they were not delviered then. As its bank holiday today there will be no delivery. I will ask the recipient, when she gets them, in what condition the flowers arrived.

Hampers arrived on time, flowers one (1) day late. Not in good condition, I could buy a better bouquet in Lidl’s/Tesco. Very disappointed with them. They have failed to answer my e-mails. Would not use Flying Flowers again.

I needed to change the date of my order, I went for site to site going round in cercals, no one responded to my email or when I tried to call on the phone, I realized these are exceptional cercamstances, but it could be really easily solved.

Unfortunately the flowers were damaged en route, and although I was given a 20% discount code, it would not accept it when I tried to re-order. I therefore used another company successfully.
