Sorry to say my mother was pretty disappointed with the flowers I just ordered! I ordered from the US but she was sadly underwhelmed

Flowers did not look like the photo and some flowers arrived damaged. Box of chocolates were so small but when ordered it did not say it was a small box. Expensive for size of box (4 chocolates)

Have used FF for years and always been pleased. This last time the roses were fine, but the accompying flowers were bent and broken with buds broken off. The box was not damaged I have another order pending for delivery on 22nd Aug

I bought two arrangements ( both the same type). I sent one to my in -laws and another to my friend. They both sent me photos of their flowers and I have to say I was very disappointed. They didn't look like the photo on the website at all and my friend had no white flowers in her arrangement. It also looked like there were half the amount of flowers. It was embarrassing. I have sent a rose plant before and they were very good but I am very disappointed with the cut flowers and would be unlikely to order again.

The Letterbox flowers were pretty pour and wilted and so far have not fully recovered despite being plunged into neck high water. The bouquet was also limp and has slowly looked more acceptable but overall not impressive displays

I clicked for freevase and also sent a text to ask if the order came with vase. And was told it was too late to do. I only picked because of the free vase.

I have already mailed Isabella to explain their condition etc. - and gave a rating of 3 out of 5, made up of 2 because of the tired condition of the roses, spoiling the overall appearance of the bouquet, plus and extra 1 for the good standard of the packaging.

Although I appreciate firat class post doesn't guarantee next day, i ordered weds, its now Saturday, and still haven't arrived. The flowers will be dead by the time they get there

the bouquet was advertised as scented. I expected the freesias to have the scent, but they were really disappointing and had no scent. I ordered this for my parents 59th wedding anniversary, Freesias were in my mums bouquet and her most favourite flower. they arrived as advertised, but not as I was expecting. so quite disappointed.

I ordered my flowers in good time the reason I chose your company was because you were in Jersey so very disappointed the flowers did not arrive on the day requested . I usually use Bloom and Wild their deliveries are always on the day requested and are tracked . I was not able to confirn the flowers had arrived as you were not able to track them either

Flowers were damaged one stem had 2 broken flowers and five broken leaves. These were for a special birthday and I was very disappointed. Nothing like your photograph.

I was impressed with the schedule for the delivery of the flowers but I was not happy with the quality of them , I do not think that the quality of the flowers matches up to the price charged for them
