I ordered a hand tie bouquet for my elderly mam. I was disappointed with the number of blooms and especially as the sunflowers were very small and didn’t open. Also the roses were past their best on arrival. I’ve never had this problem before and will try another retailer next time.

I am sorry to write a bad review when I have had good flowers in the past, but unfortunately my daughter's flowers (she lives in England) arrived looking a bit bedraggled, and although often they perk up with water and a bit of time, this time the roses still weren't very nice, with curled and browning petals. I ordered an identical one for my other daughter in Wales on the same day and hers were better. This inconsistency makes me worry about ordering gifts for people who might not want to tell me the flowers weren't great (my daughter only did when I pushed her). My daughter was in the house to accept them so they weren't left anywhere.

Order a lovely bunch of lush lilacs a scented bunch of lilac and purple flowers which are my friends favourite, unfortunately these flowers did not arrive what did arrive at the time allocated were bright orange and yellow and the next day had started to droop and were not as fresh, ive used flying flowers before and had no trouble but this time i was very disappointed

The flowers arrived wilted and torn. Unfortunately, there were very few in bloom so it looked like only stems were sent

The flowers were not as full (amount) as the advertised picture and the free box of chocs that came with the deal did not turn up.

Was very disappointed as I ordered 6 bouquets for table arrangements. I appreciate we have had hot weather but the flowers were quite dry and wilted. Had to peel off many dead layers of the rose petals. But delivery was fast.

Disappointed with Flying Flowers. I bought six months and I’m very glad I didn’t get longer because: (a) The quality was poor in all the bunches. They were quite drab and, even when they had perked up from the delivery journey, they looked like something you’d grab at a petrol station. (b) They won’t move a delivery date, so we missed two deliveries because we had to be away. I expected them to offer some sort of mechanism for delaying by a month, say.

if flowers with free choc on offer ,one should not have to confirm at the check out. It should be included automatic in the order purchashed

The flowers arrived late ie on the Monday instead of the Saturday 5 June 2021. four roses were not in very good condition and 2 had to be discarded. The flowers were already open when the arrived, normaly they are closed.

Two of the roses were brown on the ends and 2 broken carnation stems so I was not happy as these flowers were for our 25th Anniversary.

Having used Flying Flowers in the past and been very pleased with the service and flowers I was very disappointed with the plant arrangement and condition they arrived in and the plants were a lot smaller than I thought they would be They also arrived a day later than requested even though they had been dispatched on the correct day Gill Dallow

My sister said the flowers were lovely but there was slime on the stems which she had to cut away,so a bit disappointed with the result.

The ordering process and the delivery were all easy to organise and they arrived on time. However the flowers which I paid 20 pound for where of poor quality and quantity. I would suggest it would be equivalent to a 5 pound bunch at Tesco. I complained and was offered a 30% discount. This in my opinion is not satisfactory for the disappointment my mum got when these flowers arrived for her anniversary. I would definitely not use this company for value for money

Sorry I couldn't give the usual 4 or 5 this time. The flowers arrived rather squashed and drooping. However, your customer service gets a 5 for immediately sorting the matter out!!

I spent ages choosing the flowers for my sister in law and her favourite flowers are gerberas, you did email me the day before to say you short of stock , but by then it’s too late isn’t it ? You put in chrysanthemum s not as pretty and not her favourite flower
