Flowers were delivered but not chocolates. Requested call back from customer service and the only response I got was to call Interflora. I live in Canada so have no phone #s and none were offered to me. Did not appreciate her response or attitude.

Flowers did not arrive within 2 days. They were delivered on the 3rd day. I had to chase the order. They said I chose free delivery by royal mail. Apparently it is in the small print that there is a small chance the flowers will not arrive within 2 days. Not happy. The recipient was pleased with the flowers.

The quality of the flowers were appalling against the price I paid. One bouquet costed over £20 whereas I could easily buy a better bouquet from M&S for less

Disappointing display of flowers received compared to what they look like on the website. Limp on arrival, but did perk up a little in water, but tulips still quite limp.

Your site said flowers delivered sat but my friend received them on Mon ,it's a new build house on an estate and I believe they dropped them at the estate office not the house so we're half dead by the time they reached my friend ! Very disappointed

Placed order on the 8th. Received email on 9th saying there had been a technical problem and couriers couldn't deliver to area but would be delivered by Royal mail and there would be a 93% chance they would be delivered on my chosen date.On the 12th,my chosen date,I received an email to say that they had been dispatched. Royal mail put a card through letter box on the 14th saying parcel too big for letter box. Person was home all day and had to arrange for them to be collected from depot on the 15th. Very disappointing as they were intended as a surprise gift on a 60th Birthday and flowers didn't look like the picture of the ones I choose.

Ordered on Sunday 6th March for delivery "next day", i.e. 7th March. Label on box said "next day" and confirmed order placed on 6th March. Not delivered until Tuesday 8th looking rather sad and without plant food. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, perhaps due to weather, tulips were 3 days late I arrival and limp due to prolonged lack of water. Think it should be highlighted more on order that postal delivery can be so far off the requested date. Not the same effect when the delivery arrives days after the special event.

The ordering process was less smooth than usual with me having to correct two mistakes. The recipient was disappointed that there was no greenery. The roses did not open and were thrown out in a week. After many years of buying from Flying Flowers I think that I will be looking elsewhere next time.
