Mother's Day flowers and Prosecco delivered Friday dying by Sunday totally dead by Monday, prosecco opened Saturday, flat undrinkable. My daughter sent an email to complain and hasn't had the courtesy of a reply. Won't recommend or use again. Minus 5 stars.

Another email from FF (I can think of another name for this co) to tell me my order for delivery for March 23rd is 'out for delivery' today!!! - March 30th. What does that mean. Flowers should have arrived to my friend a week ago!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AS I HAVE BEEN. They claim post office has additional demands on them- so factor this in and tell us at the start that delivery takes over a week.

The flowers were dry, bent and lifeless.- similar experience for both my mum and mum in law.Tried to contact company a number of times and each time time message came back saying we have no record of your email.

well we were terribly disappointed and we are still waiting for them to get back to us. We order my mother in law a lovely bunch of flowers for mothers day, what turned up was anything but (see pictures below). Very poor quality and not what we ordered.

I ordered a bunch of Tulips and an awful bunch of half dead flowers turned up, with not a single tulip in sight. Upon contacting them, I was promised a replacement bunch, which never arrived. I was then offered 25% refund and only after a further 2 contacts was I offered a refund. Do not waste your time on this company.

Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day flowers. There were flowers missing and the quality of the flowers delivered was poor, they were droopy and lifeless and looked like they had been in the box for days without water. I called to express my dissatisfaction and the full amount I had paid was refunded but this didn’t really make up for the disappointment that spoiled my Mother’s Day surprise.

Flowers were not what I ordered was very upset when mum received them not the item I requested and colours were wrong I ended up buying better flowers for her

Absolutely disappointed as my order made on March 17th does not appear to have arrived. My friend would have told me if they have. Will not use this firm again and would urge anyone else to give it a miss. Despite my emails - no response and no way to phone them.

Really disappointed as I ordered for my mums 92 nd birthday. I live in New Zealand and haven’t been able to see her for 2 years and being able to send gifts is the only thing that I can do .it is now 3 days after her birthday and she still hasn’t received the flowers ordered for her birthday.

Flowers delivered were nothing like the pictures, very disappointed and made worse by the fact they were a Mother’s Day present. I was given an instant refund when I sent pictures to complain.

The first bouquet had 2 drooping flowers and on photograph was half the size of those shown. The second bouquet was two days late and most of the flowers were just mush. The foliage was all dried up.

Hello, I have already made a complaint regarding my order. I was assured a full refund, however this has not been received. I sent a picture of the flowers as they were truly appalling, compared to what I should have received.

Flowers were delivered to wrong address, Gran therefore got 5 days after delivery. Price I paid was on paperwork too, would expect it buying flowers and especially as card said happy Mother’s Day you expect price not to be on gift.

I ordered some tulips for my Aunt who has been unwell. I ordered on Monday requesting a delivery on Wednesday. It is now Friday and the flowers have not yet arrived, even with the 2 day delivery window. Completely disappointing and the emails I have received after raising the issue have lacked any sort of apology and use the word unfortunately a lot! No tracking information is available.
