My order of a Christmas tree to my 90 year old mother in law was not delivered and it was due on the 14th to 16th December. I was with her this weekend and can confirm this. I asked Your customer services what had happened and was told to pursue this with the royal mail. My contract is with you not the royal mail and you should ensure its delivered. I am so disappointed as I use your company a lot and have not had this problem before.

I have used Flying Flowers for a few years and they have always been brilliant but I have yet to receive my recent order that should have arrived 3 days ago!!

I paid for my delivery to be delivered on Tuesday 15th December. Friday 17th the item had still not arrived. Cannot call and so complete waste of money.

The flowers arrived 2 days late and with a blank card!! The system was unable to process the booking with the card message so had to leave blank. Not the kind of service I have been usrd to, over the years from Flying Flowers. Cindy Jones

Trying to find out if Christmas Tree has root ball, have messaged, no reply, have e mailed, invalid, have live chat technical problem several times!!!!

Hi Lynette, I'm sorry you've had a problem contacting us. The Christmas tree does have a root ball. I had one of these myself last Christmas and planted it outside in the garden in the spring once the frosts had finished. Kind regards, Linda

Oh dear. I have ordered flowers from your company for years, but now it has become hopeless. Your website is awful to navigate, offering dates, that it then tells me at the check out page are no longer available. No one answers the phone or responds to live chat. Time to find a new flower delivery company with a working website...

Sadly, my daughter-in-law did not receive the flowers I ordered for her ‘special’ 60th birthday. I have been unable to visit her because I am shielding my ( 83yrs old) husband. I have used ‘Flying Flowers’ before, but I will NEVER use them again!

I received a bouquet through this company. the bouquet cost 30 pounds. I'm shocked. wouldn't give fifty cents for it. robbery and deception.

Unfortunately on this occassion the flowers were not up to standard, floppy droopy and some were dead. A second bouquet was sent and this too was not up yo standard floppy and droopy. Very disappointed for a 50th birthday present.

For £32 it was Avery poor bunch of flowers::: it wasn’t as good as a £5 bunch from Sainsbury’, For example, the two small sunflowers (3”) didn’t fully open whilst the large (5”) Sainsbury’s One has been. Fully open for a longer period. I could go on! I would certainly not recommend them to anyone,
